Sir as far as i know, covered pa rin ng warranty yan , since 1 year or 3 yrs ang warranty for laptop and i believe na dapat palita ung crack sa may laptop bsta tell them na ngaun nyo lang napansin ung crack, possible kc factory default na yan, wag nyo lang aaminin na nabagsak nyo or anything incase ganun nangyari, you the right to complained dudes, sayang ang pera....goodlack

went there to have the unit serviced. and the worst has happened. :thumbsdownsmiley: they say pag ganun crack, physical damage na daw yun and it voids the warranty <_< . hehehe.. kahit nung check nila na hindi nabagsak (which is hindi naman talaga, wala nga kahit scratches eh). baka naman daw "napatungan". kaya daw nagkaganun. :wacko:

 

if i want it replaced daw, shoulder ko for 12,500. ayus!!! :boo: :grr:

usually pag ayaw na nila palitan...you can contact hardware manufacturer for further instructions, send email to MSI. They may advise you to contact region office here in phil. as long as no evidence of "wear & tear"....pero akin lang tsong ahh may fault ka din kasi dapat na check mo din kung may physical damage nung binuksan nila sa harap mo yung unit. Yan kasi problem natin dito sa phil as consumer mayaman tayo batas pero may mga loop holes...

 

e.g

in the states kasi uso sa kanila order then send via courier...now kung may damage pwede tumawag yung customer to complain...get the point? pero syempre nde lagi bday ng cust syempre...paano kung nakuha nung cust yung unit nung 1st day of the month tapos mag 6 mos na yung unit sasabihin nya may crack at ngayon lang napansin...gets?

 

send email to MSI first so at least you'll know what are ur options

gud pm pcg,

 

i bought a second hand desktop sa internet pero under warranty pa sya march 2009, the problem is di ko alam kung san branch nya nabili yung unit. at ngayon meron ng problem ung desktop. any suggestion how can i avail the warranty sa desktop ko.
