take Berocca..

 

its a B and C vitamins with calcium that you dip on water, it bubbles and becomes an orange juice..yummy..

 

you will be sleepy in 15 minutes.. don't take this on the morning, or else you might sleep at work.....take this at night after your dinner..

 

since its just vitamins.. its safe..

seriously, ung uncle ko was prescribed by his doctor to take 3 bots SMB at night para makatulog, may insomnia din kasi sya e...

 

minsan pag may amnesia ka, nakakalimot ka din matulog! hehehe... corny ano?

 

money can buy you a comfortable bed but not a good night's sleep! good thing though I am not rich but I can sleep well at night... zzzZZzzz... ngork...

Hay, I also have Insomnia, trauma and problems kasi. I often drink 3 bottles of Red Horse, its better than drinking over-the counter drugs, considering that it has same effects on the liver.. :upside:

more than that: I get a hangover in the morning,

a little less than that: I cant sleep more

What eventually worked for me was: meditation. It helped me clear my head. It was all the thoughts floating in and out of my attention that kept me awake. By putting my thoughts aside, I was able to relax and eventually fall asleep.

 

But a few bottles of beer worked too!

I was an insomniac, or I used to think I was, until I found out that its all in the mind...

 

Kung talaga palang gugustuhin mo to stay awake until the wee hours of the morning kaya mo. At the same time, kung gusto mo matulog ng maaga, kaya mo rin yun...

 

Two to three years ago, "insomniac" ako, kailangan ko pa talagang uminom ng at least two bottles of red horse beer para lang makatulog, or kung di ko naman trip uminom, naglalaba na lang ako... Pero dahil sa shifting yung work ko and dahil na rin sa wear and tear due to old age and self-abuse (hehehehh!), natuto akong matulog ng maaga...

 

And lately, bumalik na naman yung "insomnia" ko... Dahil inaabot ako ng madaling araw sa pagpapakain ng mga tarantulas at scorpions ko.
