ysabelleflores Posted May 13, 2007 Share Posted May 13, 2007 take Berocca.. its a B and C vitamins with calcium that you dip on water, it bubbles and becomes an orange juice..yummy.. you will be sleepy in 15 minutes.. don't take this on the morning, or else you might sleep at work.....take this at night after your dinner.. since its just vitamins.. its safe.. I often drink 3 bottles of Red Horse, its better than drinking over-the counter drugs, considering that it has same effects on the liver.. :upside: more than that: I get a hangover in the morning,a little less than that: I cant sleep more Quote Link to comment

It was all the thoughts floating in and out of my attention that kept me awake. By putting my thoughts aside, I was able to relax and eventually fall asleep. But a few bottles of beer worked too! Kung talaga palang gugustuhin mo to stay awake until the wee hours of the morning kaya mo. At the same time, kung gusto mo matulog ng maaga, kaya mo rin yun... Two to three years ago, "insomniac" ako, kailangan ko pa talagang uminom ng at least two bottles of red horse beer para lang makatulog, or kung di ko naman trip uminom, naglalaba na lang ako... Pero dahil sa shifting yung work ko and dahil na rin sa wear and tear due to old age and self-abuse (hehehehh!), natuto akong matulog ng maaga... And lately, bumalik na naman yung "insomnia" ko... Dahil inaabot ako ng madaling araw sa pagpapakain ng mga tarantulas at scorpions ko. Quote Link to comment
