there were supposed to be PPP projects from noynoy's time pero konti lang naaward. government sat down and did nothing

bk ilegal ang pagkaka award kaya napurnada

 

antayin na lng natin matapos yung mega projects malay natin magkaroon ng kunting ginhawa sa traffic

I had once came upon a website where there was a complete listing of all planned and even PPP proposed projects. I will try to look for it. dpwh or neda website ata un

Go na ba ang mga ito? Sa nabasa ko although may commitment para tayo pautangin dapat isubmit at pagaralan pa ng magpapautang ang mga proyekto kung anu man iyon,

Or are you talking of projects in the pipeline by the past admin na ipinatupad na ng current admin?

Very few government projects in the pipeline are a "brainchild" of a sitting president. NEDA has long list of short, medium, and long term projects that they present to the president for priority approval. Hindi pa presidente yung incumbent, naka-lista na yang mga projects na yan,especially the medium and long term ones.

 

If you will notice the current administration is prioritizing projects that have already been lined up during past administrations which were not started then due to funding or other issues.

 

The effectiveness of a sitting President is on how he can manage to find the funding and resources to get as many as possible of NEDA's list of projects implemented.

 

The presidents who were able to implement a rational mix of interlinked projects were FEM, FVR, GMA and currently, RRD. The inept presidents who were not able to implement a coherent set of projects are CCA and her son BCA-III.

ang isang project naguumpisa yan sa planning stage then funding then rollout.

 

To say the past gov't literally "did nothing" just because it is the current admin that will fund and roll it out seems unfair specially if these were the brainchild of the past admin.

 

But i do understand siyempre kailangan mong ibida si digong at iddin yun kinaiinisan mo.

Since lumalaki ang population ng Pilipinas eto nag mga naisip kong solutions

 

1. We need more train systems / subway systems sa buong Pilipinas and also dapat connected yung mga major points across the country para mas madali nalng mag travel outside luzon, at para narin ma decongest ng huto ang Metro Manila.

2. Road Rules must be obeyed and respected by all motorists. Hindi yung option lang.

3. Dapat lahat may disiplina, hindi lang yung mga drivers kundi pati narin commuters, enforcers, establishments.

Yun number 3 ang sa tingin ko ang pinakaimportanteng panimula ... DISIPLINA!

 

Isama mo na diyan pati pedestrian yun kung saan saan tumatawid at kahit GO na ang sasakyan tuloy pa din sa pagtawid kaya ayun naabala daloy ng trapiko. Walang pagkakaiba ang naidudulot nilang problema sa mga jeep o bus na kung saan saan humihinto.

 

Pero sa totoo lang long shot . Mas prioridad ng tao ang pansariling interest kasi kasya interest ng bayan/nakakarami.

I am indeed puzzled... We are talking of traffic problems in Metro manila. Children we are no more.... No need to tell this to the marines.... or report the issue to the barangay.

We do not need a village crier over this issue.

can somebody make a proposal that we need to make a stand against illegal parking be firm about the rules of color or number coding scheme. No renewal will be issued below the 1990's.???????

if we can make a stand this indeed will make the proof that Change is COMING!!!!!!

kung wla kng kinalaman o idea sa proseso ng PPP ang labo ng hirit!

Oo wala akong kinalaman sa proseso ng PPP pero di ibig sabihin wala akong idea dito.

 

 

Ang malabo sa akin ay yun hirit mo more than anything else actually. Bakit Di ka kasi magbigay halimbawa nun sinasabi mong illegal kaya kakaunti ang PpP o kahit man lang i-expound ang pinupunto mo nang magkaintindihan.

Do you think anyone will have the balls to implement these. Based on his track record as mayor and the good stories we hear, if there is anything i do hope he can do is issue the order immediately. Sa totoo lang yun order nga niyang to clear all the street hindi nga masunodsunod ... Asa pa tayo ng mas mabibigat na change?

Oo wala akong kinalaman sa proseso ng PPP pero di ibig sabihin wala akong idea dito.

 

 

Ang malabo sa akin ay yun hirit mo more than anything else actually. Bakit Di ka kasi magbigay halimbawa nun sinasabi mong illegal kaya kakaunti ang PpP o kahit man lang i-expound ang pinupunto mo nang magkaintindihan.

Yun PPP ILLEGAL ... Paano at bakit illegal? Basta ... wag na pahabain ang usapan.

 

Yun naman problema NGAYON sa traffic ay kasalanan ng DATING pangulo dahil kahit un simpleng kautusan ng pangulong digong to clear the streets eh hindi pa din mapatupad NGAYON.

5. Monthly declogging of sewers.

6. Strictly no Sidewalk Vendors / Parking.

- Mas maganda rin kung mag invest sa mga steel parking structures with fair rates.

 

7. Government and private companies must encourage alternative transportation like Bikes.

- Given na na-implement ng maayos yung anti smoke belching laws and in effect yung #3.

 

8. More Police Visibility para sa mga makakapal ang mukha.

 

9. Increase the Traffic Violation fines. (example: Obstructing intersection: Php 15,000, Beating the red light: Php 20,000)

- Dapat walang warning-warning dahil sa exam palang sa LTO kasama na yun eh (unless nag pa fixer).

 

10. Note: This is good if we have extra budget, personnel and proper research.

- Every traffic light must have an automated security camera that captures all traffic violators, few moments later a text message / email will be sent to the owner of the vehicle with their Plate Number, timestamp of the event, Violation and Video / Image Proof, Fine Amount and deadline of payment.

 

- Now, how will this work?

*First ay dapat may National ID system na tayo (Naka link lahat ng Government Information mo sa Nat. ID mo. Meaning Home address, Work, Businesses, Contact Number, Plate Number, SSS, TIN, etc.,).

*Second lahat ng Sim Card mo ay naka link sa ID mo, also makakabili kalang ng SIM Card kung may National ID ka na.

*Third Execute the law properly sa mga hindi mag co-comply sa violations nila. (Revocation of Driver's License, Kasuhan)

 

Now, paano yung mga tricycle, jeep, pedicab na walang Mobile Phone?

- Traffic Police / Enforcers ang sisita sa kanila.

 

Ewan ko nalang talaga kung mag ka traffic pa.

 

Ganito kami sa Middle East kaya takot ang karamihan na lumabag sa traffic rules. Ultimo lumagpas lang ng konti yung bumper ng sasakyan mo sa intersection line, pedestrian lane ay may multa agad na $300 na matatanggap mo thru email and SMS. Pag hindi mo nabayaran on-time, may Police na kakatok sa bahay mo since nasa National ID System yung home address, plate number mo.

ION maging epektibo kaya ang HOV ng MMDA?

Tandaan walang masisisi kung walang isisisi. Ang mahirap lang yun tulad ng iba na maninising illegal pero ayaw naman patunayan o kahit na magbigay linaw. Basta sinabing illegal eh illegal daw, period!

 

 

Wow! Hindi pa nga naiimplement eh gusto mo may maihirit na agar agad? Pero sige pagbibigyan kita sa pananaw ko ...

 

In principle i think this is a good move but as to whether or not it will solve the traffic situation in edsa i do have some reservations. It will largely depend on how motorist will react as i see that there are two sides to it. So at this point wait and see muna tayo kung magiging epektibo ba siya.

 

We all know the mmda wants to reduce vehicle volume in Edsa to ease traffic. They proposed two day coding which the mayors shut down. naisip din nila na ipagbawal sa edsa yun mga sasakyan na iisa lang ang sakay. Me thinks the HOV is the "alternative compromise" to these.

 

What do i expect? I don't know the exact statistics kung ilan ba sa mga dumadaan sa edsa ang may dalawa at least ang sakay but based on a recent interview mmda claims mas malaking percentage ang single passenger vehicle na dumadaan sa edsa. So assigning an exclusive lane to them (HOV) as possible "fast lane" makes sense. Ideally the objective is mas mapabilis yun galaw ng sasakyan na may higher occupancy vs sa single rider vehicle.

 

But sabi ko nga depende rin yan sa magiging reaction o gagawin ng motorista. What do i mean by that? Based on principle bibilis ang daloy sa hov lane but bibigat naman sa natitirang 2 lane na for non-hov. So kung single rider ka at alam mo na ganito mangyayari well uniwas ka na sa edsa di ba. And if madami ang ganitong magisip then luluwag din daloy ng trapiko sa non-hov lane. On the other hand those thinking na may fast lane na for hov baka magsidagsaan naman ang paggamit ng edsa yun mga dating gumadamit na ng alternative routes dahil inaakalang mas mapapabilis sila mageedsa na ngayon since hov naman sila. If that happens we would have a higher volume of hov that what was not expected to begin with so balik slow moving lane na naman ang hov lane. At siyempre alam naman natin na maparaan ang Pinoy di ba ... Nun nag coding nga ang ginawa ng karamihan bumili ng 2nd car pangiwas abala sa coding. Sa tingin mo ba far fetch na yun mga iba diyan eh magsama ng isa pang pasahero para lang masabing HOV sila. Well on the positive side maganda kung car pooling ang mangyari meaning isasabay mo ang kaopisinang on the way naman papasok at pauwi para maging hov ka at magamit yun fast lane. E paano kung ang pagiisip eh isasama ko na lang si maria yun iyong kasambahay kahit di naman talaga kailangang isama sa biyahe just to circumvent it.

 

O ayan para mapagbigyan ang hiling mo i think that is a fair and realistic assessment at this point in time considering hindi pa naman implemented don't you think?
