Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

I prefer house and lot . Condo unit depreciates its value while house and lot appreciates its value over time. The building of a condo unit has its own inevitable deterioration over time that's why its depreciation in value.

If you're single and working or you're married (no kids yet) and both working...

 

...the question is who stays in the house while you're away at work?

 

For me, i would love having a house of my own, pero for security purposes... condo na lang muna ako.

Well...I just recently bought a Condo! Prices here in California is to damn crazy! :thumbsdownsmiley: $200,00 damage. But I just built equity on it so wich is a good thing and it is all upgraded with stainless steel appliances! :thumbsupsmiley: Maybe next year I will re finance and buy a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house then I will rent out my condo then I should be set! :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley:
