soulripper
count me in for the not so sure ones. i've been to religious missionary work (7 yrs), but i quit. painting, music (singing), and right now into the IT world. but still feels i don't really fit in. i'm still looking for that big purpose. antok
di rin ako sigurado what my purpose in life is. i'm sure it's not just to exist and survive. it has to be something higher than that. i was brought up, molded and trained to be a good person, help others out, to do the right thing... shown how to live honorably. kaya lang masyadong marami nang tao trying to be good. try ko kaya maging kontrabida    Quote Link to comment
Guest the_eight_of_orbs
to act to the best of my given, assigned talents, on its stage. using the script that has been written way before my character was created passed on to me each waking moment. Quote Link to comment

patronus
can't help be awed by the majority's responses. i think finding our purpose need not be of grandeur. as mulan's emperor says: "a grain of rice can tip the scale, one man can make a difference." if we all pull our gestures of kindness or help there is, can u imagine the difference? baka bumaba na scale of corruption in the phils. hehehe who knows? The responses can be a good survey to prove that majority believes in the goodness in them.. only not boldy expressed i think. Quote Link to comment
rohmulus
I read somewhere that the only purpose one is obligated to achieve is to find one's own destiny and fulfill it.....As for me I still dont know...I dont want to just exist...you guys are right we must LIVE!!!!! Quote Link to comment
p5yf3r
hmm, for me, it would be 'What is Life's purpose with me?"...a question better left unanswered... Quote Link to comment
kadafy
to know why you exist in the first place... "Hope is the bridge that connects us to where we want to go. Faith assumes that the bridge will hold" - J. Paredes, Between Blinks Quote Link to comment
kadafy
it's a nice one dude. reminds me of a contemporary proverb that goes: The reasonable man adapts himself to the environment. The unreasonable man adapts the environment to himself. Therefore, all progress & change depends on the unreasonable man.
