Build A Model Body!

I wonder why running is used as a sole meterstick of fitness? I wonder what some guys here have to say about flexibility, absolute strength and power?

 

If someone decides to base my opinions on one aspect which i tried but once since I do other sports? doesn't that make a hasty generalization? I wonder where people can draw the line between seeing someone being a parrot by saying the same thing sover and over again and not be able to justify his own posts....

 

hmmm makes me think

 

On the other hand, If someone wants to judge me, why not go through a workout with me then be the judge?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Dang... thats rich... of course ang pinaka hassle diyan is if mas maganda nga talaga katawan ni olympus kay thug... or worse yet, mas maganda katawan ni Thug... hehehehehe... In any case, Its sad lang na some people can be very judgemental about the different modes of training... In any case, Olympus, work out tayo... sama ka andrean?

yeah... sadly but true... ang hirap magpaliit ng tiyan... my "love handles" are unusually wide and big... though my front ab is quite small, me nakikita nga akong outline ng abs, kaya lang weird kasi ang laki talaga ng bilbil... may pag-asa pa ba na makukuha siya by diet and cardio alone?

 

 

Kulang ba talaga yung diet and cardio. ang huling sangkap is DISCIPLINE.

as long as you feel happy with your body i think that's enough. :) :) :)

Madami din akong classmate na mas malalaki pa sa kin at mas matatalino pa sa kin

 

Aboslutely not true..i've been working out since college pero consistent yung grades ko except kung terror talaga yung teacher... and kung totoo man yun di magiging 84.3 ang rating ko sa board exam ... hindi naman sa pagmamayabang, mataas yun... the topnotcher was 86 point something...

tsk tsk tsk... oh well, as i have said, i think all this aggression and derogatory comments is not helping.. i for one do want to see if theres truth in the claims of thug.. so what of it thug... sama ka nalang kaya sa eb para at least we can see if what yer doing is effective... At least magka alaman na kung sino yung panay salita lang...

 

in any case, im not trying to impress anyone, Mr. i can run like a monkey for an hour na comfortable kasi running IS DA BEST AND ONLY WAY TO HAVE A MODEL BODY KAYA AKO ANG TAMA AT LAHAT KAYO TANGA AT MALI!!!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA...

 

LIfe's too short to try to impress other people... mas gusto ko na yung mag usap usap... mag work out... mag kasiyahan... at paminsan minsan, kumain ng masarap... in any case, I still have hope pa naman na gaganda ugali mo so I guess may hope pa arin ako sa katawan ko... :D hehehehehe :cool: :mtc: :thumbsupsmiley:

ewan ko..sanay na kase ako kumain ng raw egg whites.. since i was a kid yan na ulam na binibigay ng lola ko sa akin..

 

pero noon kasama yung yolk, pero raw pa din..hinahalo lang sa kanin at konting asin.. :thumbsupsmiley:

 

kaya today madali lang sa akin uminom ng raw egg whites sa bowl or cup.. minsan na try ko din nagluto ako ng arroz caldo..then pag ka serve hinaluan ko ng raw egg whites..creamy sarap!

hey gym buffs, i was wonderin if there is truth behind the saying that gaining muscle is directly proportional with losing brain cells? if its true then i wud not want to have big muscles! he he he!!! chill out pleeeeaze!!!

I also eat them with corned beef and at times with some pasta or pancit canton ( with less MSg of course)

skim milk = non fat milk

 

skim milk is for fresh milk

non-fat is for powdered milk

 

kaya nga wag ka na mag post.. kase nakakahiya tuwing mag po post ka.... halos lahat naman alam na skim milk is the same as non-fat milk..

 

kung yung cows milk e galing sa cow.. yung skim milk, di yun galing sa skim.. hahahaha :thumbsupsmiley: skim milk galing pa din sa cow yun..kaya kung lactose intolerant ka..ganun din yun kahit skim milk inumin mo.. siguro dapat ang inumin mo mother's milk inumin mo para tumalino ka ng konti.. hahahaha!

definitely, i agree with this... sometimes losing weight becomes my pre occupation that I can't think of other things... it would be a good thing to invest your time on something else like doing a hobby or honing a talent... but my advice to us all, do what you are passionate about.

yes... passion... pero ofcourse not to the point of damaging yer own body... there is a very fine line between passion and obsession. marami talagang trains of thought so pick which one is best for you... Update lang... Im doing the 8 to ten set work out with maximum of 8 reps, increasing weight till i can do 2 quality reps without spot nalang... OW!!! Hurts like a mutherF$*%er... and sobrang hilo ka after.. (literal na nakakatanga...) but you feel accomplished at the end of the work out... astig... not to failure though... and no forced reps... its pretty good... im thinking ill do 3 weeks of this then go back to my high rep high set short rest workout... palaki muna ng konti for 3 weeks then cutting phase na ulit... sarap kumain eh...

 

This is another thing that i do na i don't know if it has any significant thing... during christmas, when i know kakain ako ng marami, bubuhat ako ng heavy, mass sets... as in... grabe buhat... hehehehehe... my rationale is that since you can't avoid eating during all the festivities, you might as well put the food into good use... :D

 

Eh ive been ganado to eat so I shifted my work out to heavies again to take advantage of my increase in appetite... It was time to change my program anyways... after this cycle, ill go to cutting hpase for another 3 weeks maybe, then Ill post if there are any results or gains...

 

This much i can say though... the short rest intervals works wonders on muscle endurance... as in...
