Recommended Posts

table tennis

twisted my right knee, tore my cartilege, extreme pain. rotated the whole thing.

broke my left knee. including acl and a whole lot of other things.

as long as your into high speed, sprint stop sports, expect to damage your knees eventually. esp. if you want to excel. too bad. now i cant compete anymore

dislocated left and right shoulders. first time that happened, doctor asked me to just give it a rest. ayun hanggang ngayon natatanggal pa rin siya. acl tear left knee, bad landing from playing volleyball. right leg just below the knee may bumukol, hurts when pressing it and landing from a jump. right hip joint dislocated while making love, kakahiya.

guys need help on my lower back pains... what should i do to prevent this from hurting..pina x-ray ko na sya and wala naman daw prob...

sumasakit lower back ko usually pag matagal nakatayo...or parang nangangawit...

i had that same problem before, went to a doctor. he suggested to me to train my abs coz if you have weak ab muscles, the stress will be on the lower back. it worked for me naman. maybe you can try it.

how do i fix this? may time kahit naka dapat at natutulog pag mali ikot ng paa ko my knee just hurt so much, as in unbearable pain..

pero not when i run..

i got it dun sa back extension machine..

mukhang grabe yan back pain mo, maybe u need to have it x-rayed just to be sure no major injury. or pa adjust ka sa chiropractor.
