good day mga sir, gusto ko po sana humingi ng tulong regarding sa pc problem. kase lately pagnaglalaro ako ng games, after mga 3-5 minutes nagiging slow motion na un game. although dati yun mga games na nilalaro ko running smooth naman. nag reformat na po ako ng pc and updated na din po ang mga driver ng video card and directx pero ganun pa din po. eto po ang specs ng pc ko

2gig ram

512 nvidia 9600gt

 

sana meron pong makatulong.

first, sir yung mobo mo ba may built-in na video? if yes, i presume na naka set sa BIOS to use the external video (your 9600GT) and not your built-in video? if not, baka passibly yung built-in ang ginagamit niyan video for playing the games.

 

if yes, PC is using external or PCIe video, then question naman po, do you have a reliable power supply, true-rated or 80+ compliant or at least having multi-rail 12Vdc? baka po kasi under powered yung video card mo. sa umpisa all are working fine but after pro-long use having under-powered video card.... degraded na siya, thus the lagging.

 

if you have spare or can borrow an efficient PSU, then swap mo muna po to check if your video card is still ok (nakakasira po kasi ng vieo card pag under powered). pag hindi ok, borrow a working gaming video card then use your old PSU, pag ok... then nagka problem na po tayo nyan sa 9600GT natin.

1. ang mother board ko po is msi p35 neo3 - alam ko wala po cyang built in na video card.kung sa tingin nyo po meron, sir patulong naman kung pano malalaman.

 

2. ang alam ko pong power supply ko is 300 amp. un sinasabe nyo pong muli-rail 12vdc sir hinde po ako sure kung pano -icheck un pero sa tingin ko meron po kyong punto na prolong use baka naman nasira na un video card. 2007 pa po ata un pc so sa tingin ko baka naluma na din kahet papaano.

for burn in test you can try passmark burn-in test para makita kung talagang nagloloko ang video card mo,

 

it may also be possible na masyado na madumi ang inards ng iyong computer, like the heatsink and fans ng inyong processor at video card

better try na linisin ang mga ito

Hi, do you mean it stops while installing after formatting? If the installation stops, the most common cause is a bad installer, your CD might have some bad sectors or scratches. This is common especially when the time it stops is consistent.

I downloaded a file but when I wanted to delete it I kept getting this message:

 

"Cannot delete [filename]: It is being used by another person or program

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again"

 

This also shows up when I try to rename or archive the file. Anyone encounter this? What can I do to delete the file? Thanks.

is it a torrent file? make sure that it is no longer in your torrent client

guys ask ko lang, what would be the right fix sa netbook ni esmi. pag niturn on kasi at pag log in sa profile black screen na lang lumalabas at makikita mo na lang yung mouse pointer. i suspect nadetect ng microsoft yung ininstall kong copied win7 which i got from a link here in mtc. TIA..

try attaching an external DVD drive and run a Linux Live CD

 

pag nag load yung Linux without any problem, then Windows nga may problema

 

pero kung pati sa Linux Black screen pa rin at mouse pointer lang yung nakikita, LCD problem na yan

baka naka set to shutdown at a certain time. may function sa windows nun where u can set it to sleep, shutdown,etc. paki hanap mo na lang. di ko rin kabisado saan sa windows yung setting.

i have a 500Gb external drive Western digital (Wd) brand w/c

i bought last july at pcexpress.

 

my brother borrowed it in order to copy HD movies

but he also copied the WD files/folders (drivers) inside it.

so after that, i tried to check such ext D. and found out that

the HD movie files cant be access or opened anymore.

and the good thing is, the ext drive can be still detected.\

after connecting to the usb port, a window prompted up &

says that the device must be formatted before it can be use.

this is my problem.

do not format the drive as this will erase everything.

google for freeware or trialware data recovery program that you can use to recover your files.

try "miniTool Power Data Recovery".
