I learned my lesson...if its not Honda or Toyota, its not worth it. I believe that the quality of both manufacturers is a cut above the rest plus the resale value is so much more than other car manufacturers. With Honda or Toyota, you can easily replace the car after 5 years because of good resale value...with the others magiisip ka pa because you need to add so much more to get a new car.

I've been a Honda Civic owner since the early nineties. Started with the EF, EG, and EK. I didn't bother getting the ES model (7th gen) because of its bad reputation.

Personally, am getting the 8th gen. Styling is very different and I have been waiting for this car for so long especially now that it is fitted with a M/T.

I will give some insights once I have the car.

lancer glxi '95.

as always, mura parts sa banawe.  pero kwidaw ka dun.  dapat may kilala ka ng shop before ka pumunta. i suggest yellow pages ka muna.  wag ka papatol sa mga "agents"  around banawe. malaki sila magpatong.  i know, because i experienced it.  i got a surplus cervo last year for 6000, which i could have had for 5000.  isa pa, wag ka punta mag-isa!

back to mitsubishi!  i love my lancer. lakas humatak!  i can always give newer cars  an impromptu race sa slex at coastal. un nga lang since more than 10 years old na, medyo madalas sa talyer.  but no problem because always available ang parts.

I ALSO LOVE MY LANCER 95 ,PERO I ADMIT NA KINAKAIN LANG NG TOYOTA GLI 94 KO, BUT I USED TO HAVE A BOX TYPE LANCER 87, WOW, NEVER NA NASIRA AT NAPAKALAKAS . BUT I PASSED IT TO MY NEPHEW WHEN I GOT MY 94 TOYOTA GLI DAHIL IBA NA ANG LEVEL NG PERFORMANCE.

Question mga bro. May nakadikit/nakalagay kasing "use only genuine mitsubishi spark plugs with resistor" sa engine nya.  If yes, anong model ng Bosch Super4.  Thanks!
