Dati sa nagpopromo ako yung P50 unli net for 1 day. Nag eexpire na di man lang ako nakaka-connect sa Facebook app.

 

As for FUP, I guess the problem with Globe is that they advertise it as "Unli." Why not just say up to 1GB per day / 3GB per month. Kasi the problem is people discover this FUP once they experience the capping. But then it's too late kasi naka 2-year lock-in period na. It's a very dubious practice of the lowest ethical standards. But this is how they make money. I doubt that higher-ups who approved the marketing and advertising materials and the capping policy are actually bothered by their decisions. It's a business after all. They need and want to make money at the expense of fooling their countrymen. If they really want to do something about it, they can.

 

What we can do right now is to spread the truth about Globe's "unlimited" Internet service.

Nabokya ako ng globe first time ko gumamit ng prepaid pocket wifi tattoo, at first i only load 50pesos per day which is wala naman naging problema. So I decided to load the 999pesos 1 month. After 4 days of usage, sobrang bagal na. I checked the FUP sabi 3gb per month dun pa lang nagulat na ako. Ano magagawa ko sa 3gb per month e kulang pa yun sa daily use ng family ko which is having a reunion because of my grandparents golden wedding.

I checked my usage and its been only 500mb for 4 days. We needed the internet badly because of contacting relatives, fixing meetings and venues.

Ngayon kahit FB di makabukas or load man lang ng pics.

Punyetang Globe yan kaya nakakahiya internet saatin. I have been abroad most of my life and their net there compared to the phils is 1000x faster even with heavy usage.

Kahiya kayo mga sugapang mamemerang Globe! Consumer niyo niloloko niyo.

Every stinking telecom company here is crap. Dyan lang naman magaling yung mga hinayupak na yan, maningil. Mula globe, sun, smart, pldt, meralco...LAHAT. Pero pagdating sa customer na may reklamo...P0ta, good luck. May naputol na sanga dito samin na nakalaylay sa cable ng meralco na tinawag ko simula nung mismong araw na naputol, nung Hulyo pa yun, ano na petsa? Awa ng Diyos nakalambitin pa din hanggang ngayon. dalawang beses sa isang linggo ko tinatawagan yun, hanggang sa nagsawa ako pagkatapos ng 2 buwan. Saan ka pa?

Wala ka ng pagpipiliian sa pinas in terms of a Speed.. kaya tingin ko Customer service satisfaction nalang ang labanan... Oh well.., Kung magrereklamo ka sa globe (base on experience) better talk to a supervisor or manager agad.. kasi papaikutin kalang ng 1st level support nila.. If you can go directly to their office and look for a manager the better..

 

also, Always ask for compensation for their lousy service.
