Thanks for the advice.... :cool:<{POST_SNAPBACK}> oo naman. ang mangyayari nyan, tumitigas lang and nagiging strong, but you don't see it.try thinking of a porkchop. ganyan ang structure ng abs. kung makapal ang taba sa taas/labas, malayo bago mo makikita yung lean meat. to get that look, dapat bawasan o tanggalin yung tabang bumabalot sa laman.
