Di pwedeng isa lang pipiliin mo dun! yun talaga ang combination pare... kailangan pareho. isa rin sa mapapayo ko e kailangan may matinding motivation kayo para mag paliit ng tyan. Results can be your best motivation! As you see the results, you will be more discipline in doing your workouts and diet. Tsaka hwag ka magmamadali sa pagpapaliit. Tanggalin mo lang yung balat. Pwede ka rin mag beef and fish.. Sa panghihina naman, kung low carb ang gagawin mong method na pangpapayat dapat may fat intake (flax, fish oil, olive oil, etc.) para dun kukunin energy mo kasi kung protein lang e manghihina ka talaga. Carbs na ok e kamote and brown rice... wag mo lang sasabay sa fats tsaka consume early in the day. Quote Link to comment

Even if you don't do direct ab training if you are doing the basic free-weight compound exercises, you will get your six pack if you lower your bodyfat.
