batibut
I saw this product they're selling on the tv shopping network called abswing. Has anyone tried it? Does it really work? It claims to work out all abdominal muscles and isolates them so no strain sa back. Supposedly the work out you get is equivalent to working out in 6 different kinds of ab machines working the lower and upper abs and the obliques. It seemed too good to be true but I was really tempted to buy it.... Edited June 13, 2005 by batibut Quote Link to comment
