Any exercise will do as long as mas madami ka na babawas na calorie kaysa sa intake mo!

Yung mga different types na lang ang pag piliaan mo ayon sa sched at dedication mo sa workout program na susundin mo. Eto ay kung simple weight loss ang target mo.

 

Pero bawat type ng exercise my added factor. Lifting weight builds you muscle compared to jogging/cardio na toning nmn

Meron mga crosfit na have both. So hanap ka na pede mo gawin na kaya mo gawin in regular.

 

Tue: lifting weights for 2 hrs with 1 hr running

Thursday: Lifting weights for 2 hrs with 1 hr running

Sat: jogging sa up circle

 

Diet eto ang mas mahirap.

Kelan ang cheat days. Kelan ang ganito, anu ang kakainin, anu ang mga supplement things like that.

 

I do follow simple rule to eating

Kain ka ng madami pag umaga.. 1 rice sa umaga. 1/2 na lang sa hapon and no rice sa gabi.

Gulay, chicken, meat, vegetables ang kapalit pag nag babawas k ng kanin. Bawasan din po ang mga condiments

and drink plenty water no soft drinks sana pero once a week na 2 glass cguro pde na.

 

Cheat days i do 1 every 2 weeks pero ang target ko is once a month so ano ang cheat days

Eating anything pag gabi haha.. Buffet ice cream etc. reserve ko to sa mgs birthdays scheduled na inuman things like that.

Anu kapalit? Wala isipin mo na lang reward.. Pero di ka pede mag indulge pag di mo nagagawa training sched mo!

 

Supplements as of now wala haha..

Gusto ko mag dagdag ng bike sa program balak ko bumili ng roadbike para for rest days mag bike na lang ako..

And pag thursday mas gusto ko sna mag boxing or muay thai.

And mag swimming sa public pool on fri or mondays

 

If you have money or willing to spend punta po kayo sa magagandang gym na my trainer

Ska my mga motiation na girls. Kasi habang na kikita mo yung result nung hirap mo. Tumataas self confidence mo malay mo maka score ka haha whole body workout yun :)

 

Started with 90kgs after 3 weeks im in 84kgs now. Medyo mabagal pero nagbabawas naman

Antukin padin hehe

Target ko is makapag marathon and ultimately makapag ironman

 

Basketball, soccer, any sports na need mo gumalaw ng matagal pede mo ipalit sa pagbubuhat

Overall dapat bumaba ang body fat. Fallacy yung mapapaliit mo ang isang parte lang. (fallacy rin na mapapalaki yung nasa baba. Hehehe) so either caloric retriction or cardio exercise. Iresearch nyo ang body fat percentage at base metabolic rate (bmr), para malaman nyo king paano nyo mababagay sa lifestyle nyo ang fitness regimen na magpapasexy sa inyo.

Paliitin tiyan... Only 2 ways: surgery or diet and exercise.

 

Exercise should be aerobic in order to burn fat. 15 minutes or more elevated heart rate. Doing crunches won't help. Crunches are not useless, they help develop your abs muscles. But unless you also do aero, your perfectly developed abs will be hidden from view by layers of fat.

 

Diet is also important. Diet is not starving, it means eating right. Skipping meals is actually harmful. Drink plenty of water and get rid of sweets. Exercise and diet are both important, but diet is slightly more important than exercise. All the exercise in the world cannot make up for a bad diet. All it takes is a piece of cake (literally) and that's enough calories to run a marathon.
