Bawas kanin, asukal, asin tsaka taba...takbo lang ng takbo, tas crunches hanggang sumakit...visit iwantsixpackabs.com para mas klaro.. you failed to mention resistance training/weights. this a major player in losing overall body fat (since spot reduction is a MYTH). even the site you promote incorporates resistance training in the form of whole body workouts (and not split type of training). dakota
Cut down your food intake by one half. No more beer, then do a lot of "trunk twisting" exercise. Two years ago my waistline was 35" pag gutom and 36" pag busog. Now its 33" pag gutom 34" pag busog. Quote Link to comment

topsykretts
proven and tested diet requires calorie intake no more than what you can burn. that means you should be burning calories too. isolation exercises don't work. if it does, why don't we have muscular jaws from constant chewing? body fat loss targets the entire body. low impact cardio plus good trunk exercises work best. it's not the number of repetitions you do, but the quality of execution. cable crunches are reported to be the best, but do also other trunk exercises for the sides and lower back. consider genetics too so that you wont have unrealistic goals. even if you train your abs really well, the muscle wont show when there's still a layer of fat on top of it. i know by heart that these things work, but it's quite difficult to follow them. besides, losing weight should be piece meal and requires constant effort. if you want it fast, go under the knife. lomex32
It will... as in methematically speaking ... it willWeight Lifting and Strength Excersises can't shred excess fats. You need to have a regular cardio excercise. 20-30 minutes daily can shred 400 Kcal. Quote Link to comment

Hell I've leaned out for 3 months without even incorporating cardio sessions preping up for a competition. :upside: Quote Link to comment
