Hi!

Im planning to visit Cebu most probably by November... I am alone... lucky if i could bring a model w/ me...I'll be there to relax and take good shots of the places in Cebu... photography is my hobby... W/c accommodation do you guys think would be the cheapest, safest and most accessible to all the tourist destinations? Hopefully 1500/night charge is my budget... since i know that this is the only country na bawal mag picture kahit saan basta naka DSLR ka, does it also apply in Cebu or since this is a tourist destination mejo maluwag sila?

really? This isnt new to me... sample..if you are just in the vicinity of MOA... not inside the mall ha.. the guard would just immeditely tell you that taking pictures is prohibited... but when you see a foreigner doing the same thing, hindi nila sisitahin... ang ikakatuwiran sayo is foreigner yan sir e... so whats the point? bawal kumuha ng picture sa sariling bansa...

so.. can anybody help me look for a place to stay in cebu na sobrang cheap.. my only requirements are a/c, private t&b, television, bed and safe

We are planning to go to Bantayan Island this October, can anybody recommend a resort hotel that is not that pricey but comfortable enough there? Me mga resto ba dun for people on a budget? What's the best way to go to Bantayan from Cebu City? Can we tour Cebu City in one day? Which ones to go to on that limited time before we to Tagbilaran? Would appreciate some advice!

Hi,

When I'm in Cebu I usually check in at Castle Peak, about 10mins away from Ayala Mall. Their standard room is P1180. During my last visit I went to the usual tourist destinations and didn't have any problems with taking pics with my DSLR camera. Next time I'm there I'll try Golden Prince which is walking distance from Ayala Mall. Their cheapest room is around P1200. Good luck!

tour cebu in one day. well if u just plan on visiting the city itself and the major tourist/historical places then yes you can do it in one day. no beach though unless u just want to see it.

hotels there are a few just read back as it was discussed already.

I've been to a club in Mango Ave. named Juliana. For me its ok but the crowd is a bit of the younger side (teens) hence the rap/hip-hop music. Is there a place here where the crowd are yuppies and more on the mature side (excluding oldies)? I also prefer clubs that play house and trance mixes. I've seen and read about Vudu but haven't tried it yet. Oh and I remember I went to club inside IT Park. Forgot the name of the place. You have to walk up a set of stairs to get to that club. But anyway, can anyone suggest? Gonna be in Cebu this october 09... thanks!
