  1. Huwaaaawwwww 😁πŸ€ͺ🀩 Amazzzinngggg !! Napangiti ako ng kwento mo...errr, FR? 😁πŸ€ͺ🀩
  2. An excerpt from Robert Fulghum's "All I Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten" β€œOnly now have I finally realized that my life has been an unending field trip. And I have tried hard not to be a tourist. But to be an adventurer, a traveler, an explorer, a learner, and a pilgrim.”
  3. Books first... would like to get the imagination at work. Then look for the movie version; and see if there's any part of the book version missing.
  4. Owkieeee πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‰ Apiirrrr!! TGIF na! (....and BPI pa πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‰)
  5. Nakaka-excite! ...getting closer to "Missile Launch" day πŸ˜πŸ˜…
  6. No worries. My personal preference is Gino Sacdal.
  7. Yep... best snack you'll ever have; none of the bad stuff ... all of the good benefits. I prefer almonds & peanuts the most. (With a little pun on the side..."Mahilig ako sa mani" πŸ˜πŸ˜…)
  8. Neither. Both are too sweet & are literally sugar magnets. I prefer the good ol' pandesal.
  9. Growing up.. its was good ol' San Miguel Pale Pilsen ...ako yung tiga-bukas ng bote ni Uncle ihhhh πŸ˜πŸ˜… High school days... San Miguel Pale Pilsen pa din College days ... it was the Mucho/Grande Pale Pilsen When I first got into the workforce ... Red Horse Later in life na... I've tried Guinness (during a team building somewhere North)
  10. Apirrr! Last time I had this was when I celebrated New Year's eve along with my small circle of friends... Nakatulugan ko na yung New Year countdown nang dahil diyan πŸ˜πŸ˜… Nowadays... I think they sell it as mixed cocktail drink na in can, If memory serves right ?
  11. Not from heavy lifting though.. but a knee injury sustained from active basketball competition. I almost (mabuti na lang at hindi) had a serious back injury too... I got suckered ("sinalya" in the local vernacular) at the peak of my jump shot... it was a good thing that my landing spot was clear & that I used my arms to break my fall... else, that fall may have seriously injured my back.
  12. Read thru the initial post... Most,if not all, of the symptoms that were mentioned were prevalent in me after the separation with my legal partner. I am not a medical professional; am just giving this out of my personal experience coping with my depression at the time: - Reach out to your closest friends (work / former classmates / gym buddies (if any) and talk to them about what went on... it helps to clear your mind of any negative thoughts. One former classmate even joked about it and said; "Oh. ayaw mo nun? Single ka na ulit! Party Party!" - Try to keep your mind busy .... with work, with a new hobby; anything that will focus your attention & will make your time worthwhile - Have sex .... matic yun ay! - Best of all; meditate & reflect on what you have at the moment ... Reflect on the fact that you are lucky to be alive.
  13. The Hanging Leg Raise is hard for beginners... Even during my gym training days.. that's still hard. There's a YouTube channel that focuses on core exercises that utilize kettle bells. Search for "Squat University" They have training regimens were they target core without hurting the back.
  14. This! (proud "kambu" na akiz ) Yep... medyo need na ma-preseve ang mga brain cells Wala pa naman natunog ... but the knee injury from the active basketball days is doing its karma now.
  15. Ola! Am in my early 50's.... Is this what HRT is ? (Hormone Replacement Therapy)? First time I've heard of such... but I guess I would not consider it. I am currently on a Whole Foods-Plant Based diet ... still doing good & going strong πŸ€©πŸ˜‡ Have you consulted with a medical professional about this?
  16. I prefer using fork/spoon if its pasta/noodles/vermicelli; If its rice/ulam/veggies; Kamay! Pass sa chopsticks; at baka maihagis ko lang 😁🀣
  17. Harry's brand (the dark choco variant). Its good especially for those on Plant-Based diets. ...plus; its Non-dairy based... which is also good for lactose-intolerant tummys (like moi).
  18. Pan De Manila is I guess the best choice & only bakery offering this size of pandesal ...also has accessible stores around Greater Metro Manila area. Their store near our office/site is open 24-hours.
  19. Huwawwww ...blast from the past πŸ˜πŸ˜‡ I am still no wine afficionado; and I am still not associated with any wine drinking clubs.. However; I still like wine ... even just the Maria Sangria or Carlo Rossi brands... am happy with those.
