    Kasi habang tumatanda, bumabagal ang metabolism ng katawan. Lalo kung yung tao mahina ang genetics. Kaya kelangan habang tumatanda, nagdedevelop ng disiplina. Binabago life style. Lalong lalo na sa eating habbits. You can't eat the same you did in your teens and not expect it to show on the scales. Kung nung 15 anyos pwedeng 2 round ng kanin at ulam, di na yan pwede pag 30 anyos ka na. Tapos samahan mo pa ng inom, ayus, bilbil talaga yan na mahirap na tanggalin.

     

    Noong college ako lagi talagang may softdrinks pag kainan. Lalo sa tanghalian. Pero ngayon, tuwing pasko na lang ako umiinom ng coke.

    Tama, karamihan kasi ng terror profs ay perfectionist at talagang maraming alam. Gusto talaga nila na madisiplina students nila at matuto ng husto. Kaya nga dapat pag terror ka magaling ka din dapat magturo. Meron kasing iba dyan na dinadaan lang sa pagiging terror, pero wala naman alam sa tinuturo nila. Pag mataas nakuha mo grade o nakuha mo respeto ng terror prof, alam mong deserving ka at napakarewarding.

    My worst teachers siguro ironically ay yung mga lahat dinadaan lang sa pagiging mabait lagi sa students. Kahit walang alam, wala naman halos tinuturo, at unprofessional pa. Parang inuuto lang mga estudyante bigyan sya mataas na evaluation

    pag medyo media siguro yung business mo or you deal with the public medyo pwede pa yung sumusunod sa uso. pero kung hindi naman. looking decent is enough. baka nga detriment pa yun sa career kung mahilig sa damit kasi frivolous.

You can't achieve success based on what you cover your body with IMO. Most that you can do is leave a good first impression. Not that it isn't important. Pero kung Job interview halimbawa, ang bobo naman nag maghire sayo kung yung suot mo lang pagbabasehan nya.

     

    Oh don't get me wrong please. I ain't saying na you should not look presentable. Of course you should dress up for the occassion. But for me, I do not believe so much in the idea that the clothes make the man. Suot ka ng suot ng mga designer pero di naman bagay pala sa anatomy mo, nagiging fashion victim lang kakalabasan mo

  6. Gusto nyo talaga mawala bilbil na yan? Ito ang isang exercise na masyadong undderrated. Aerobics! Hindi lang basta takbo o treadmill. Ok ang mga yan, pero mas maganda kung buong katawan mo ginagalaw mo ng husto for 30 mins to an hour ng walang tigil. Dyan talaga masusunog taba sa katawan.

     

    I know medyo asiwa kasi di pangbarako na exercise ito. But if you are really desperate to trim that gut, swallow your pride and enroll in an aerobics class in your gym. Walang magagawa ang weights weights. Planking will only tighten your gut.

  7. grabe naman yung linaki ni hugh! feeling ko naka HGH yan tulad ni stallone. pero di naman lumaki jaw niya or di ko masyado makita din sa pics kasi may balbas.

     

    Lumaki si Huge Jackman kasi halos 8 meals sya a day at kilo kilong chicken breast. Yung kain naman talaga ang mas nakakalaki at hindi yung buhat. Ang alam ko recommended lang dun 4 meals a day na kaya na naman. Tsaka tignan mo naman definitions at cuts ni Hugh, talagang kita na pati striations. Some guys call the program "the wolverine" challenge. You might wanna try that out.

     

    Yeah aminado naman si Stallone na gumagamit sya ng HGH. But I think when you get to a certain level of fitness, i.e. probody builders, fair game na lang ang paggamit ng HGH at steroids. Kasi naman mas matagal ang muscle repair pag ganun ka kalaki. I think ang gamit naman ng ganun laging supervised by a professional.

  8. Yup ideal is 165 lbs for 5'11. Eh sabi mo almost 160 ka lang eh. I have a guy friend who is 5'11, he looks good at 175 naman. He's not fat or bulky. He looked sakto naman.

     

    "Ideal" varies on which formula you are using to compute (i.e. Robinson, Miller, Hamwi) and your fitness goals. Its a rage. Its not just about looking good with the weight, its also about feeling comfortable with it. Not losing stamina, being able to run without hurting your knees, especially during the winter season. Besides, 5 pounds (roughly above 2 kilos) does not significantly change the size of the person. One can easily gain and lose that through hydration and dehydration. I weighed around 165 or more during the holidays lol

    No not at all. Its Ideal actually. Thats superwelterweight to middleweight range. Fighters in that category have the same height range.

     

    Of course I can always choose to bulk up and eat more. But what for? Mas ok nga ang swimmer's physique kesa sa bodybuilder na ang daming ugat na pumuputok sa braso. Plus a swimmers physique is more physiologically practical.

     

    If you can afford it, its better to stay in range, after all leaner is better than lighter or heavier. Gaining weight too fast hurts the joint. Losing weight too fast compromises strength.

    kelangan magaling yung trainer yung iba kasi kung ano ano lang napupulot tapos papagawin ka mga 20 reps with light weights. ok na sana trainer ko dati pero naiinis ako sa facility na pinagttrainingan namin. parang walang ventilation tapos squa squa pa yung equipment so umuuwi ako parang hingal na hingal pero pag gawin ko same routine sa matinong gym hindi naman ako nagmamadali umuwi at after relax lang ako.

     

    yun nga lang hindi ko siya pwede dalhin sa mga gym na may membership kasi may sarili silang mga trainer.

     

     

    In that case, try mo yung program ni Hugh Jackman para sa the wolverine. Nasa bodybuilding. com. Its comprehensive, pati diet plans andun. Nga lang, kung gusto mo ito subukan, mas maganda kumuha ka ng trainer para siguraduhing spoton ka sa program. Goodluck!

  11. Beer belly is reflective of how disciplined you life style is. Its not just about hitting the gym or fasting when its diet season. You gotta be more consistent, you always gotta understand what you put inside your mouth, and how your body changes as you age.

     

    See, younger people have very fast metabolism. Kaya nga ang mga teenanger kahit panay junk food at puyat di naman sila tumataba. COmpare that to someone in his 30s na. Magfastfood ka ng kahit 3 beses sa isang linggo, and its gonna show on the scales. Plus mas hindi na nakakarecover katawan natin sa puyat. Kaya dapat, habang tumatanda ka, mas dinidisiplina mo sarili mo sa pagkain. The earlier you start the better. Kasi pag 40s na halimbawa, you wont burn fat as fast as a 20 year old can. Tapos kung babae naman at nagaccumulate ng taba nung nanganak kelangan din tulungan talaga with active exercise at stricter diet pagkatapos.

     

    Isa pa it also helps kung habang tumatanda may mga pagkain na mas pakonti ng pakonti mo na lang kinakain. Ang goal ko, dpat by mid 30s wala na akong chips. Fried tortilla, beans of peanuts na lang pinagkasanayan ko

    Come to think of it, what is so derogatory about being gay? Freddie Mercury was openly gay. Alexander the great was bisexuals. We have transexual MMA fighters. Ricky Reyes is gay but he is filthy rich. Piolo Pascual in time memoriam has been rumored to be gay, but he is laughing his way to the bank.

     

    Tsaka, barako ka nga, 3 na panganay mo sa ibat ibang babae, nakatira ka pa sa nanay mo, palamunin ka, at wala ka pang permanenteng trabaho. Di ba mas insulto pa yun sa pagiging lalake kung tutuusin?

  13. Well of course I am practical and I will always go for the one that makes me pay my bills on time. HOWEVER! Whats the point of being in a high-paying job, if you can't really keep it because you are not passionate about what you are doing? On the other hand, you are more likely to prosper if you do something you are passionate about

    What time in the evening?

     

    Right before second dinner. Bago matulog. Adjust mo na maka 8-10 hours ka ng tulog. Sabagay ang mga competitive athletes ganito din halos ang routine. Start early morning, nap, tapos may free time ng konti sa hapon, then late afternoon hangang gabi training ulit. Kasama dapat talaga ang tulog sa routine mo para makarepair kaagad yung muscle mo. Kaya nga di ba minsan pag gising mo after a nap, nararamdaman mong humihigpit yung ilang muscle groups mo.

     

    Problema sa ganitong klase ng workout routine, dapat ito ang pinakapriority mo. Sobrang strikto wala ka oras masyado magbulakbol. Tsaka dito, importante na talaga ang may nakadikit sayo na trainer para alalayan disiplina mo at tignan kung kumakain ka ng tama. I guess its ok if you are a pro-athlete, or an actor being paid millions to star in a superhero franchise. For the rest of us, ok na siguro yung tamang consistency and over time magdevelp pangangatawan natin.

  16. If you wanna be hardcore and be like those actors you see in superhero movies, then your workout routine would be something like

     

    Early morning till noon, then nap, then train again in the evening, then sleep. In between that, you take 6-8 meals a day. The idea is, growth happens in your sleep.

     

    Pwede siguro, kung yan lang gagawin mo at di mo na kelangan magtrabaho pa. Tutal naman millions of dollars ibabayad sayo para sa pelikula.
