My stand form the start is hindi si Leni ang nag cheat kundi ang LP. Maybe later na lang nalaman ni Leni or still don't know what her party did. Ang LP naman ang gumastos kay Leni and their only hope knowing wala naman pagasa manalo si Mar kahit dayain.
so why leni must suffer if someone cheated for her?
the same reason why penalize BBM for the faulty posters/billboards when someone did it for him.

If he did, why didn't Robredo file a protest too. BBM has 20,000 indices of evidence. Unless, they can show evidence that BBM cheated, then, no, I don't believe BBM cheated in the elections.

Martires is also a frontrunner in a SC justice position so if digong appoints him, he wont be Omb na.

when i said step in, meaning, to act as counsel of the prosecution....... during appeal, the OSG is the counsel of the prosecutors during the trial
so tell me, how would it feel if your lawyer will be the one who will tell the court that your opponent is correct? be honest.

If Robredo won, she would not have a plea to junk the Marcos protest. Someone who is confident that she won would even encourage a recount so that when everything is said and done and the recount shows that she won, no one will question her legitimacy.

kahit vote buying, overspending, oversized poster, poster out of common areas, etc..... not a single campaign violation on his part?

the Illegal Detention is already a conviction and under appeal kaya pwede mag step in ang OSG.
the plunder cases are still with the SB and the OMB is still the one handling... we know conching is not within the powers of digong... pero conching has only until next year as Ombudsman.... wait for the one who will replace her.....

The PET just junked Robredo's appeal to junk the Marcos protest. If she really won, she would encourage this since a real winner would be confident of a victory if that winner did not cheat.
Sa mga fans ni Robredo, you may want to check this out. I mean Inquirer isn't exactly pro-Marcos.

Ops, easy lang mga sir. Tandaan, ang case ni Eala ay "scandalous" kasi Eala was a married man who had an affair with a married woman. Si De5 at Du30 ay technically single dahil annulled yung marriage nila, so di applicable ang Eala case sa kanila. Wag natin basagin trip ng mga single lawyers Pilipinas.

Yes I do aware that they are strict implementing the rules if CAUGHT. Pero marami pa ring judges na corrupt na mahirap i prove in court simply because they know the law very well.
lahat naman.. even corrupt cops and politicians, should be punished if CAUGHT.
mahirap naman mag punish ng hindi nahuhuli.....
admin cases in SC are not very stringent in rules and technicalities.

Good points. On the 1st one can the SCJs ask the congress for additional courts? At least on their side they can specifically identify the number of courts needed per region.
On the other hand it also need to solve the corrupt people in the judicial branch. Para din naman PNP yan or any other govt. agencies, maraqmi na ring rotten eggs within.
the SC's authority is only administrative to court personnel. in fact, it is one of the most strict when it comes to judges and members of the judiciary.... are you aware that judges can be removed just because they were seen in a night club? there are even those removed for infidelity to spouses.... there are judges who are removed also for gross ignorance of the law (bad decisions)....
as to number of courts, the SC is merely recommendatory... the congressmen decide how many are needed in their respective jurisdiction.

How can a President fix the judicial system if the SC don't have their own initiative to do a major overhaul. Baka sabihin naman trespassing si PDU30at nakikialam sa judicial branch at sabihing prelude ito sa Martial Law.
una, ask congress for additional courts. courts are created by law. additional courts means declogging of cases. courts with lesser cases will be more efficient in dispensing justice.
second, add Prosecutors and Public Attorneys to make sure that they are not overworked. pay them properly to avoid corruption.
third, be strict on the PNP and other law enforcers. do not give them any chance to abuse power. more CCTVs in police stations, mobile cars, body cameras for cops, etc.
these are all within the power of the president.

Duterte administration to hasten construction of Clark Green City — BCDA official
”Since this is a very good plan, we will not only pursue this, but we will hasten its implementation and construction,” BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Vivencio ‘Vince’ Dizon said in a press briefing in Malacañang last Thursday.
Dizon said the 9,500-hectare Clark Green City project was conceptualized by the previous administration of President Benigno Aquino III.
”We salute the Aquino administration because this is a very good project. It was a brainchild of former BCDA President Arnel Casanova,” Dizon said.
He said the Clark Green City will help a lot in the long-term vision of the Duterte administration to decongest over populated Metro Manila.
”Metro Manila is one of the densest cities in the world. So the long-term solution to traffic and congestion is we have to build new cities where our countrymen can transfer,” Dizon said.
In line with the construction of the Clark Green City, Dizon said the Duterte administration has lined-up the construction of the Clark-Manila railway and a world-class new terminal building of the Clark International Airport.
The BCDA, under the previous administration, has partnered with Japanese and European investors to develop the Clark Green City.
He said the Clark Green City would create big number of jobs and opportunities because many private companies and even government offices will be enticed to transfer in the proposed new city.
