Yes, nakikita ko yung mga inaayos at ginagawang Skyway at MRT 7. I almost forgot to mention C6 and the SLEX extension. Aside from that, meron pang ginagawa na infrastructure sa Visayas at Mindanao.

I'm not parroting duterte. I've been saying the same thing even before Duterte became President.
My stand is this:
We take it silently. Meanwhile, we build up our strength, economically and militarily.
We will move when we are strong enough to face them on our own without the US, who is also using the same predicament we are in to keep us subservient to them.
Right now, no amount of noise and bravado will deter China from pursuing its plans.
