asaness0961
When to take exercise, is when you feel motivated enough and have the will to endure the pain. Siguro kahit hitik yung schedule mo sa trabaho. Makakahanap ka ka pa rin ng paraan para makapag exercise o makapunta sa gym. Syempre, kapag naumpisahan mo na dapat ituloy tuloy mo na. SuperEight
Best not to put a schedule at all, do it whenever you feel like doing it. It has to come naturally. Quote Link to comment
Nicklimo
Depends on time you have to work out..it realy doesn't matter what's the best time is as long as ur doing it. Quote Link to comment
id6230
I just read an article that says between 1-6 pm is the best time to work out. Â This is not an advisory or recommended statement. Quote Link to comment
SunsetDaze
For me, the best time to workout is when you have enough rest/sleep. I tried working out as soon as I get off from work, sometimes nakakatamad yun feeling kasi pagod ka. You just go to the gym/workout para lang masabi na nag workout ka kahit di productive Quote Link to comment

mirmo
Depends on your objective. If you are looking to achieve peak performance, muscle strength, flexibility, power output and endurance are all better in the later in the day than they are in the morning. Morning workouts' major benefit is it allows you to be more consistent with your routine. Same with diet, the best workout program is the one you can stick to. I'd delve into hormones, sleep cycles and whatnot but thats the TLDR version of it. Quote Link to comment
SeratoDJ
have tried working out after work, in between work / breaks and before work. what works best for me is working out before work / after waking up. Gets me going and up in the am. Also helps set my focus for the day  Quote Link to comment
PedroPaterno
Any time, as long as  You have eaten 30mins to an hour before (except fasted cardio) You have nothing to do an hour after (gives you a time allowance to shower, travel home, rest a bit, etc etc) You get to eat after. You get enough time of sleep. Quote Link to comment
