as i said earlier claiming that the ballot boxes were kept safe means all these should have never happened. it should have been preserved in safety in its original form/state. kung tuyo yan sa umpisa tuyo pa din dapat yan ngayon. wala dapat nakalapit sa mga yan at nakabasa ng mga balota (again assuming sadyang binasa hindi lang kasi nabasa)

 

but since it got wet moreso supposedly tampered with eh walang katotohanan o at the very least nagkaroon ng bahid ng pagdududa ang sinasabi na the ballot boxes are stored in a safe place. obviously it was not stored and kept afe.

They were wet because someone from the camp who will benefit if the ballot boxes get wet opened the ballot boxes and wet it. It is not rocket science to deduce that the cheaters did it.

MANILA, Philippines — The lawyer of former senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. yesterday called Vice President Leni Robredo and her lawyers “ignorant” after the Supreme Court (SC), sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), denied Robredo’s motion to accept the 25-percent shaded ballots as valid votes.

“We are happy with the PET ruling junking Robredo’s motion stating effectively that she and her lawyers are ignorant of the rules on revision,” said Vic Rodriguez, lawyer of Marcos.

In its resolution dated April 10, the PET said it has “no basis to impose a 25-percent threshold in determining whether a vote is valid.”

“The Court is not aware of any Comelec (Commission on Elections) Resolution that states the applicability of a 25-percent threshold; and the Tribunal cannot treat the Random Manual Audit Guidelines and Report as proof of the threshold used by the Comelec.

“In fact, Comelec Resolution No. 8804, as amended by Comelec Resolution No. 9164, which is Comelec’s procedure for the recount of ballots in election protests within its jurisdiction, does not mention a 25-percent threshold,” it added.

Rodriguez also said the Marcos camp would comply with the PET’s show cause order requiring them within 10 days to comment on the allegations that they violated the gag order on the vote recount. – With Marvin Sy

It's the camp of BBM who is tasked to do that and they are currently doing that.
