grind siling labuyo, saute garlic in olive oil add finely chopped onions, when both are soft add the grind siling labuyo, squeeze lemon or calamansi then simmer until the laburo is soft and a little mushy add sugar (as desired) and keep mixing until sugar fully desolved and blended well with the other ingredients. You now have a sambal that you can mix with vinegar, soy sauce, soups, and as marinade. I mix it with hot steaming rice.

fried fish at steamed vegies:

padas + calamansi + sili or

bagoong na isda + calamansi + sili

 

inihaw na isda:

chopped tomatoes + chopped onions + chopped ginger + calamansi + toyo + sili or

 

inihaw na bangus:

suka + minced garlic " rock salt + paminta

 

inihaw na liempo:

grilled tomatoes + rock salt + sili or

fresh tomatotes + onions (lasuna) +bagoong na isda + sili

 

lechon:

suka + sili + garlic + salt

 

sinigang o nilaga karne:

patis (galing malabon :)) + calamansi + sili

 

nilagang native na manok

bagoong alamang + calamansi + sili

 

dami pa.....
