What sauce or sawsawan must you always have on your dining table whether you're eating out or dining in?

Patis, vinegar, catsup, toyo, tabasco, lechon sauce, barbecue sauce?

Best Sawsawan that hasn't failed me so far is my own version of the Turkish/Mediteranean dressing. Its a mixture of Yogurt, Mayo, Garlic, Onoins, Salt and Peper, and Parsley. Goes great with almost anything.

gulay n ginisa-- toyo and kalamansi

for fried fish--i love yung mangga na hilaw and kamatis with onions and bagoong or patis

gulay n fried (fried kang kong etc)---kalamansi and bagoong with chili sauce

nilagang baboy/baka--- patis kalamansi and sili

sinigang---patis and sili(since maasim ang sinigang)

fried pork/chicken--catsup mixed with mayo or just a simple gravy

---nung bata pa ako ok n din sa akin yung mayo as dip for anything na fried and dati kaya ko mag ulam ng cheese hehehe

for tomato based n ulam like afritada, menudo etc----patis with sili only

this one when nung minsang dumalaw ako sa san rafael, they grilled some fish then boiled some tamarind then mashed it segregated yung buto sa katas then took the katas then mixed with patis and some chili powder..masarap sya as dip sa mga inihaw kasi nakakawala ng lansa since maasim
