I think IP ADDRESS po yung tinatanong nyo.

Kung may admin rights kayo pwede ipconfig /renew sa command console

As far as i know, only PAGCOR accredited games are allowed. Of course you need to secure the necessary permit from them. For cockpits, only the the local governments may issue permit to operate. Otherwise, you'll be considered as operating an illegal gaming establishment that could make you criminally liable.

Not to hairsplit, but PAGCOR has no power to permit or give a franchise for the operation of gaming establishments. Ony Congress has the power to do that. Remember the Supreme Court's decision on the Jai Alai and Internet gaming cases?

While it can enter into operator's and management contract for the casinos, it cannot share its franchise that allows it "to establish and operate clubs and casinos, for amusement and recreation, including sports, gaming pools (basketball, football, lotteries, etc.) and such other forms of amusement and recreation including games of chance, which may be allowed by law within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines..." (P.D. 1869)

Yung mga casino na nasa special economic zones are still within the power of PAGCOR but are run by private companies under an operator's or management contract. Hindi yun license. Pagcor lang ang may lisensya/prangkisa.

this is true only if your computer is not assigned a static IP but if your company dhcp server assigned a specific IP address to your computer i dont think you will be able to change it for it will reject whatever ip address that you put there. worst thing will conflict whatever ip address that might put there with another computer on your network and will cause that computer to crash whatever transaction it is doing on your system. and btw, if your IT is smart, they would always notice that you changed your assigned ip address.

guys! Thank you so much for your answers. Not only to fauxhead but the others who replied on the lease and the gambling topics as well. Clarification lang po, so per existing laws, we really can't put up a gambling place since PAGCOR cannot issue permits too?

Was hoping you computer experts could help out a fledgling like me...

I'm currently taking care of some print servers in the office... problem is... I think we have way too much devices attached to the server...

Was wondering if any of you know basic printer baselining... currently we have at the least 55+ print devices attached to each print server...

Would any of you have the documentation saying it's supposed to be... so an so much for every this much RAM... or something like that? Your help would be very very much appreciated! :)
