In the network, how will i know which proxy server is being used? How will i be able to identify it?

Check other pc that can browse the internet, and go to internet explorer - tools - internet options - connection - lan settings (button) in there you will find if there is a proxy server.

 

other than that, need to check with your MIS ,or administrator...

1. owner's duplicate copy of the title

2. the deed of conveyance (sale, donation, or settlement of estate, etc)

3. certificate authorizing registration issued by the BIR after payment of

appropriate taxes (capital gains, doc stamps, and/or estate tax, etc.)

4. certified true copy of the tax declaration(s) of lot and house, if applicable

5. tax clearance issued by the city or municipal assessor's office

 

plus other requirements which may be necessary depending on the kind and specific circumstance of transfer you are trying to make.

BTW, do you / anyone have experienced installing / configuring ICRADIUS server, specifically on a linux box? I'm having some trouble configuring this s**t. I already compiled and ran both Mysql ,and radiusd server, but authentication always failed (using testrad / radtest )..can't seem to find the right setup..

Our company entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with a company. April of last year, the MOA expired. As far as our company is concerned, we have obliged to deliver what is stipulated in the MOA. The other company didn't but not totally. We talked to the concerned company regarding this but still no reply from them. My concerns are:

 

- MOA has expired. What's the best thing to do? How can we renew it? There is a clause in the MOA "..subject to renewal by consent of both parties." What if the other party does not want it renewed?

 

- Can our company make them fulfill their obligations even if the MOA has already expired?

 

- The key people of the other company who signed on the MOA is no longer connected with that company.

For your first question, the MOA cannot be renewed without the consent of the other party.

 

For your second question, you can still enforce what was written in the expired MOA. This means that whatever was written in that MOA must be respected by both parties until the whole obligation is extinguished. Example: X has an obligation to deliver a computer to Z within one year. If after the year is over and after payment of Z, X does not deliver. Z has the right to recover payment plus damages or Z may opt to enforce the contract by asking for the delivery of the computer.

 

For your third question, when the signatories signed the MOA they are acting as agents of the company meaning they are acting for and in behalf of the company. Regardless whether they are connected or not with the company, the company is still liable.
