kanski
i think the problem isn't whether the lifevests available are up to standards bec. these same lifevests are the ones issued by other bancas that take you out on snorkelling trips and ably float the swimmers. but rather, as netp stated, these lifevests should be given to the passengers to don as they board the craft. ang hirap eh pag kinuha mo yung isa para suotin, cynical pa yung crew at pagtatawanan ka pa nila at ng ibang mga pasahero. ang pinakamasakit nito, in the next few months, these small boat companies will obey the regulations without fail. only to be disregarded again once everyone (including the port authority and the coast guard, kung meron man) has forgotten that the incident has ever happened. kanski
i think you should bear in mind that the big ro-ro ferries disembark at calapan. same goes with the fast craft. to get to puerto, you'll have to ride a jeep(?) for some 40 mins. or so. Quote Link to comment
