Puerto Galera

Recommended Posts

i think the problem isn't whether the lifevests available are up to standards bec. these same lifevests are the ones issued by other bancas that take you out on snorkelling trips and ably float the swimmers. but rather, as netp stated, these lifevests should be given to the passengers to don as they board the craft. ang hirap eh pag kinuha mo yung isa para suotin, cynical pa yung crew at pagtatawanan ka pa nila at ng ibang mga pasahero.

ang pinakamasakit nito, in the next few months, these small boat companies will obey the regulations without fail. only to be disregarded again once everyone (including the port authority and the coast guard, kung meron man) has forgotten that the incident has ever happened.

If your planning on staying in white beach, you should prepare atleast 5t more or less, good for two na yun

720 for bus ride for 2 from taft ave. to batagas city pier and vice versa.

900 for boat fare for 2 from batangas pier to white beach and vice versa

1000 for overnight stay at any beachfront resort in white beach

1500 for 3 meals good for two

the rest of the money for pasalubong and / or booze :thumbsupsmiley:

hope this helps....

since off season ngayon, pag saturdays, every hour or every two hours may umaalis sa batangas pier to puerto galera,

pag weekdays mga 4 trips a day lang ang schedule ng mga ferry boats,

first trip starts at around 6.30-7am.

mahirap pala, bka a day before o after kame dumating at walang sched ng Ro-ro.

I've heard na during rainy seasons, maraming jelly fish and daungan din daw ng barko ang place?,

or gusto lang mang basag ng trip nung mga yun at ayaw kame pa tuluyen,

next month namen balak ni gf pumunta.

don't worry bro, everyday may byahe ang mga ferry boats to and from pto. galera...

yung RO-RO stop operation na since May 2009 pa, kaya ferry boats na lang ang may byahe sa pto. galera.

overnight parking sa batangas pier is about P150
