It's practically thesame as the newer 2028 laptop. the only difference i know is the integrated bluetooth, silver cover and maybe a better processor. I don't have problems with my V2000. Its good for gaming and dvd/multimedia. it has bright and sharp screen on widescreen format. built in JBL speakers. Integrated wi-fi. 5 in 1 card reader. firewire, Video slot, USBs, and a good centrino processor. Quote Link to comment

IBM usually have standard pricing cause they get it from a sole distributor which is MSI/Digiland. I brought mine at ABC Computers. I think they are in Greenhills. It's really just a marketing term. Nearly all current laptops have wireless technologies built into them anyway.
