masi Posted January 11, 2005 Share Posted January 11, 2005 i guess starbucks makes the "ambiance" nice so they make their patrons feel good while they sip their coffee. they are after customer satisfaction.... which is a coefficient of effective marketing. as i always say quality always comes with a price. now if you feel that you are "paying too much for a whistle" and settle for you chemically filled instant coffe or what have you... it's really your choice...
