1k a month, affordable na yun bro... kita na lang tayo sa stanleys, may judo din sila dun alam ko... i might enroll in jiu-jitsu and muay thai... tamang-tama sa akin ang per session kasi hectic ang sked ko, kaya per session talaga ang kukunin ko... alam mo ba number ng stanley's? pm naman bro...

jiu-jitsu nila is gracie barra, so malamang from deftac ang instructor nila... medyo mahal sa mariner's gym...

Hello All,

Please forward this announcement to anyone that may be interested.

International Jeet Kune Do Presents: Ted Wong / Thailand Jeet Kune Do

Training Camp

the Intercepting Fist” may be classified as a form of modern martial

art.

Although JKD is primarily inspired from Chinese gung fu, Western

fencing and

boxing it is more accurately, "Bruce Lee's martial art". JKD is simple,

direct, functional and effective. Don't miss this rare opportunity.

Yah...I used to train with him in marikina. Now I train with Jiggy in Merville, he's from Van Nuys Muay Thai in California.

For those who can go a little bit out of their way and if you don't want to take the LRT to train in Mariner's. Team Strikes & Submissions trains sa Excell Gym in Del Monte, e-mail me at COY_JITSU@YAHOO.COM for details.

Guys send me an e-mail when you decide to get together, to train or stuff, or kung gusto nyo ng discount sa Airforce 1. :hypocritesmiley:

Keep Rollin'!!!
