SevenZeroFive
Dana's afraid the russians might take over the UFC and beat up his UFC poster boys.^ pero it makes sense that White gets help from Fedor's manager in staging an event in Russia, since the UFC does have plans to expand into Europe.. malamang gusto nya sya lang ang may recognition para dun, selfish bastard.. vindiesel
eto pahabol, medyo raging topic to e... anong take nyo about Fedor & ung negotiations nya with UFC? sabi ng manager ni Fedor good to go na xa, pero may ilang requests lang xa kela Dana White: 1. allow him to represent Russia in combat sambo at least once a year2. sign (or at least look into) other Red Devil fighters to the UFC or to WEC3. stage an event in Russia but, no surprise, Dana White says no to the "crazy russians"... thoughts? these request are reasonable 1. if he hurts himself in sambo matches....then he would not be paid by the ufc because he has no matches to speak of2. red devil fighters are good fighters too.....audience would sure love to see them fight3. this would be good if ufc wants to go global Quote Link to comment
SevenZeroFive
^ i was reading some of the posts sa Sherdog forums about the Fedor situation, & i saw something interesting.. if the UFC fails to steal Fedor (thus completely destroying PRIDE FC), he can easily go to K1.. & to think that some of the top 10 overall heavyweights are still free agents, plus the ones signed with K-1.. riceb0i
SevenZeroFive
chief u mean hindi na full hand gloves gamit nila? ayos un! nde ko napansin nung laban ni brock kasi^ yep, meron na din MMA sa K-1.. although ang forte nila is more on the lower weight classes, maayos din naman ang roster nila ng heavyweights.. plus, as i've mentioned before, the potential of the free agents na top-tier heavyewights (Mark Hunt, Barnett, Monson, etc.).. Larry
chief u mean hindi na full hand gloves gamit nila? ayos un! nde ko napansin nung laban ni brock kasi yep MMA gloves and everything. IMO K1 MMA is more like Pride's Bushido division. It just reminds me of Bushido. Quote Link to comment

Larry
medyo matagal na and wala pa rin laban si Brandon Vera. don't know if he's still having contract problems with the UFC because of his former manager. Quote Link to comment
rudepnoy4
word on the street that ninja rua will take over the former chute boxe in LA, and people in my gym are talking about the chute boxe split up and wandy will be training with couture in florida Quote Link to comment
SevenZeroFive
don't know if he's still having contract problems with the UFC because of his former manager.^ it's already been settled, Vera has split from City Boxing (although interestingly, his wife Kerry is still in the fighters' list for City Boxing) and his manager Mark Dion.. according to his official website he's starting a new camp, & rumor has it that he's gonna fight either Arolvski or Sylvia (whom he admitted was his next opponent after destroying Mir) next.. word on the street that ninja rua will take over the former chute boxe in LA, and people in my gym are talking about the chute boxe split up and wandy will be training with couture in florida^ this i have to see to believe.. i mean, there hasn't been any cracks within CB, & i don't believe WAND is really that jealous of Shogun that's why he's thinking of leaving.. Xtreme Couture's a good choice though.. Quote Link to comment
