There are also some dudes that have fetishes that are frowned upon if they did it with someone they love. Sex workers are there because they take the pills and the meds and the risks that normal people probably wont expect to need because they dont expect to experience certain positions or actions that we request of sex workers

For married/partnered people: it is the least destructive way to help them explore their fantasies and meet another side of themselves.

When a person marries, lalo na dito sa Pilipinas na walang divorce, they also kill all other future romantic versions of themselves. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. But in the years to come, whether consciously or subconsciously, the urge to live out a fantasy (e.g., What if ___ napangasawa ko? Ano kaya feeling mag sex ng ganitong position na ayaw ni Misis?) arises and demands to be felt. Availing the services of a sex worker would be the safest avenue to address that, in my opinion.
