anyone can have their logical conclusion as well depending on their own bias.

 

besides is there a study regarding the direct co-relationship between being literate and following instructions. bibigyan kita ang example ...lahat siguro ng elected public official eh literate. basic requirement yan na they should be literate, able to read and write. paulit-ulit din ang paalala na wag maging corrupt/wag mangurakot. now tell me sa tingin mo konti lang corrupt na public official? 😝

Hindi ko pinagpipilitang cheater kasi cheater talaga gumagawa because I don't believe that there is a large number of imbeciles who can't follow instructions.
