Sa pagkahaba-haba ng post mo, lumalabas lang na wala ka talagang naiintindihan. Lumabas ka ng bahay at mag masid-masid.

Papatulan kita pag me alam ka na.

Duterte’s solution to the Kuwait crisis: stoke the fire even more.

Asking OFWs to return home without any means whatsoever to support them here.

Ano gagawin nila dito? Tetenga maghapon? Parang yun Boracay lang. Gusto nya lang siguro taasan ang unemloyment rate ng pinas in as little time as possible.

Really!? So you haven’t been following the news? Bakit nga ba na red flag ng COA yun payment?

You said "I hear." Yes, it is hearsay unless you can show an article regarding that.

Asking them to come home and demanding them to come home are different things. The question is: Will the OFWs in Kuwait heed Duterte's plea?

There's no doubt the price of rice is going up, considering the regional trend in rice trade. However, there is also a growing trend among Filipinos to reduce rice intake in their diet. People are choosing to buy higher quality and better-tasting rice. Therefore, rising price, reduced intake, and preference for better quality rice, sort of evens out the pros and cons.

Rising price of rice does not necessarily lead to hunger.

This SWS survey puts the effects of the price of rice issue in better perspective:

Fewer Filipinos felt involuntary hunger in 1st quarter of 2018 —SWS
Published April 30, 2018 8:35am
An estimated 2.3 million Filipino families experienced involuntary hunger in the first quarter of 2018, the latest survey from the Social Weather Stations (SWS) showed. The survey released on Monday showed that 9.9 percent or 2.3 million families experienced involuntary hunger at least once from January to March.
The SWS said the first quarter result was 6.0 points below the 15.9 percent quarterly hunger survey result in December 2017. It added that the latest result was the "only second time hunger has been in the single-digit range since March 2004.
