Regarding that question that 99.95% of those they killed are threats to them, unless the one who asked can controvert that they weren't any threat, then I would regard this as just conjecture and whining. One can always sue the police if one has evidence that 99.95% of those killed were threats.

I think the yellows will have a hard time in 2022 elections coz the fours colors will be bannering a "Solid North and Solid South" pairing. Can they beat that?
