ULOL!

K+12 mo hindi sagot sa employment assurance for high school graduate. Ang problema eh,kulang

ang trabaho that even college graduate cannot get a job. who want to hire a high school graduate

when you can hire a college grad of the same price?

This is very GENEROUS of you Jopoc (especially you being a very vocal critic). Personally, I give him a C+. And that is largely dragged down by the hostage fiasco. If not for that, I would have given him a B. For controlling the bleeding at the GOCCs, stopping the questionable government contracts (made during Gloria's time), and for regaining the confidence of international business community. So even without the hostage fiasco I would not given him an A. And that is not because of PNoy alone. I am judging his entire administration. PNoy, I give an A (mostly for effort, haha). His administration a B (again if we ignore the hostage fiasco). Puno MUST go! I don't even care whether he is innocent or not, he is a BURDEN to the administration. And once again, his communications group people are STUPID. Best spokesman of PNoy's admin is PNoy himself which is not supposed to be the case.

So ok a C+. Good or bad? Well... considering we had an F president, forced out by another F president, who was "re-elected" for another 6 years, C+ is a welcome relief to us all. But yes, C+, PNOy, that means I (your boss) am telling you to work EVEN HARDER! Now get to it!

And oh yeah, try to ignore the chicken littles who continue to scream that the sky is falling. The numbers do not lie. Check the value of the strengthening peso, and the stock market index. And if you care to back-read the other bold predictions of this one chicken little, you would know that we should be into Gibo's 101st day in office today -- he was betting his REPUTATION on that! Just goes to show...

F has lots of room for improvement, at least hindi pa kickout.

gave him credit for austerity measures streamlining the offices

undet the president. Well, pagkatapos nya naman streeamline, nagtayo

naman cya ng 3 ungoy for his communication group. Seem's he has prepared

a team to tell lies for him.

Why lies? In his report yesterday in his 100 days achievement, stenghtening

of peso & stock market all time high performance has got nothing to do with

he being in office. Did he share anything to make it improve? Wala, dahil foreign

forces dictate both indexes. The influx of $ brought about by buying of stocks has

helped improve the peso. Let's see when those stock inestors start selling & pulling

out their shares, the peso collapse cause the $ demand is high. The fact is, our economy

has not stabilize to support a stronger peso. what economic reforms has Abnoy put in place

for our economy to improve in his 100 days? Kung meron kahit isa man lang, would the effect

be felt in 100 days? Our economic year on year index will only be available by next month

so any improvement there was still base on previous admistration performance as they had the

longest reign in implementation, Nov-June vs July-Oct.

The 2B investment package he got daw from his US trip. Who do you think is a stupid businessman

that would provide you investment over night when you still have not proven anything yet. The fact

is those investment are still hardwork from previous administration. It so happen lang that the closure

of the deals, cya na naging presidente. Nothing & no one from your economic team has yielded any part of

that investment pkg. the fact is your economic team has just started to plant seed so that in the next

round, they got something to harvest.

ulo yan ABnoy.

^^ Right on cue.

SO walang KINALAMAN ang president at all? Investor confidence IGNORES who is the sitting president? Uhmmm... ok... sabi mo e.

let's be fair to noy, he is still starting to learn the ropes. i think his boo-boo in the hostage fiasco is forgivable. but what i dont like is his too much love on rico puno.

for me, its so far so good, i wish he'd improve, because there will be more headaches to come for him.

^^ Pro environment siguro? Kaya ayaw i-axe yung PUNO. :)

And I think I am being fair. Haha. Seryoso ang PNoy administration to stamp out corruption.

Mga naniniwala dun, e sino pa e di yung taong stupid enough to believe na magiging presidente si Gibo inspite of scoring less than 10% in the surveys.

NAME ONE FCUKING CEO of a major company (ok, let's limit that to those listed as wanting to invest in the RP according to the PNoy admin) na HINDI KILALA kung sino presidente ng Pinas.

Saang bangketa nakakabili yun?

Air your grievances, by all means, but do not stand in the way of where this administration wants our country to be in the next few years. This is our BEST CHANCE for a real start for a clean and honest government. Picking away at the weaknesses of this government is giving strength to the old CORRUPT LORDS of the past.

Dear Noy,

I think this needs a good explanation from you....Increasing Pork Barrel and giving dole outs to the lazy people

THE Palace on Friday caved in to lawmakers’ demands and doubled the allocation to each congressional district—to a minimum of P145 million each from P70 million—in exchange for an end to a House revolt that threatened the speedy passage of next year’s P1.645-trillion national budget.

“We have reached an agreement with Budget Secretary [Florencio] Abad and they also realized the need for an equitable sharing,” House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte said after a closed-door caucus.

Under a deal worked out with Malacañang, congressmen who have an annual pork barrel allocation of P70 million will now also get P50 million in infrastructure projects for their districts, which will be identified and carried out by the Public Works Department, and a P25-million share in the road users’ tax to maintain national highways and bridges.

Belmonte assured the lawmakers that everybody would be treated fairly.

Some 112 lawmakers from the Visayas and Mindanao had threatened to block the passage of President Benigno Aquino III’s first budget on Wednesday if their districts were not given a larger share of the spending pie.

As part of the deal, the Palace agreed to dump its menu of projects that lawmakers may finance after congressmen complained that the process was “very restrictive and cumbersome.”

Belmonte said a new menu for pork-funded projects would promote “transparency and a pro-poor policy.”

In return for the Palace concessions, the lawmakers agreed to approve the national budget and to no longer question the administration’s P29-billion dole to poor families under its conditional cash transfer program, or its P15-billion fund for public-private partnership projects.

“We will approve the national budget after we were given an elbow room to start from scratch,” Belmonte said.

“The Palace menu was a little bit restrictive, so now we have elbow room to allocate funds to the needy districts.”

Belmonte said the Palace and the House would ask the Commission on Elections for an exemption from the election-period ban on the release of pork barrel.

“We are confident that the Comelec will grant our request for exemption,” Belmonte told reporters shortly after the all-member caucus.

“The pork barrel is not being withheld by the Palace. It will be released soon.”

But the deal angered the President’s allies in the party-list groups, who do not get any extra allocations.

“They have inflated the pork barrel from P70 million to P145 million at the minimum when we are supposed to abolish the pork,” Akbayan Rep. Walden Bello said.

“We are going to manifest it on the floor that what they are doing is contrary to the reforms and changes that President Aquino promised to do. Where are the promised reforms and good governance?”

Bayan Muna Rep. Teddy Casiño described the deal as a bribe in exchange for the P29-billion dole to the poor.

“I am shocked that the [budget Department] has agreed to give all district representatives an additional P50 million each from the 2011 [Public Works] lump sum,” Casiño said.

“This is on top of existing pork barrel funds. Is this the price Malacañang is willing to pay to ensure the smooth approval of its preferred pork, the conditional cash transfer?” Casino said.

“This is pork in exchange for pork.”

Referring to the President’s campaign slogan, he added in Filipino: “The straight path suddenly turns crooked when it comes to Congress.”

Belmonte said he would hold a separate meeting with the members of the party-list groups.

Eastern Samar Rep. Ben Evardone was satisfied that his district would get more funding for infrastructure, which under the original budget proposal would have received only P1.8 million.

He said the deal showed that the Executive department was responsive to calls for an equitable distribution of the budget

you are charging the head of police, and other law enforcers plus lesser charges on mayor lim and the ombudsman but you are sparing puno, versoza and robredo claiming that none of us is perfect. geez hindi naman ata matuwid ang reasoning mo.

masyado atang malakas ang hawak sa yo ni puno. why can't you fire him. he should not be indispensable. and robredo for all his awards when he was naga mayor, he's a wimp. he should be on top of the hostage fiasco not puno. why is puno in charge of the pnp and not robredo?
