Danielle
different degrees, different treatments. what may be a mind over matter to one, could be a hell over heaven to another. there are different anti-depressant drugs too but all are under strict prescription of the doctor. here are some general tips to overcome depression: a. get enough sleep - if this is difficult to achieve, ask a doctor's prescription (most of the time, i take antihistamine. gone are the xanor days - xanor drags me to sleep for days while antihistamine, 9 straight hours)b. walk - park the car a little far from the building, wear comfortable shoes for walking (usually, i go to a mall and walk as if i'm in a hurry. i use the stairs but never overdo myself and set low standards to avoid frustrations)c. share a meal with your real friends - cry, laugh with them d. express your pains in an online fora - appear and disappear anytime you wish. no pressures.e. watch a movie with me - we both know this is a joke, right? *sigh* Edited July 25, 2012 by Danielle Quote Link to comment

Danielle
@danielle - ive tried all letter A to D, doesnt work haha can i try letter E ? There's letter F which you may want to try.f. share your silence with your significant other. if the SO rejects this option, try letter E. (the "if" part is a comic relief, okay?)
