sleep_heavy
I just verified a few days back. Cuba Libre over at star mall is indeed very cosy. Very relaxing ambiance.Drinks are okay but I enjoyed a lot of the food ni Libre ako ng mga Clients ko on Contract Signing... Quote Link to comment
Macy
I was CUBA LIBRE last night and although i really love their Mojos with dressing (I think it has mayo and cream and garlic) which costs P140.00 i wanted to try other stuff. Good decision coz i loved their flavored rice that is more like a meal-in-one (P73.00) which is good for two people. they have calamares special (P174.00) which is cooked just right. Their tokwa't baboy (P135.00) has a generous serving too. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

If I want to drink this is a good cozy place and the people are friendly.. specially the cashier when I sit at the bar most of the time.. There is another place if you guys like to get a full view of Manila.. its toyz bar on the top of Lancaster Suites at Shaw you wont miss it. It's on the left side if you are coming from Starmall heading east to Manila. Toyz has models night every Thursday when the models of Toyz magazine would be there to hang out. Quote Link to comment

Kennat
i've tried watering hole in shangrila, alone. its cozy inside (high chairs) although they charge entrance because they have new and upcoming different bands playing every night. they have sports tv in between band sets. Quote Link to comment

resident_big_evil
i can suggest club zen for both guys & girls who want to go alone... why the girls too? well i don't think a girl by her lonesome is gonna get hit on that much in here since the guys are all busy trying to hit on the waitresses... Macy
magkano nmn per glass nila??i think they have reasonable prices.... between 120-180 depends on what type of cocktail. i might be wrong but i don't recall anything priced over 200 except for their spirits, of course. Quote Link to comment
Macy
Malate is the placed to be..tagal ko ng di nakakapunta dun after mag start ako mag work and yung bestfriend ko nagpunta sa U.S. ano maganda hang out ng single dun ngayon sa malate?we were talking about Anthology and one or two other bars if you go back maybe 2 or more pages..... :flowers: but for dinner and coffee, I still go to the new wing of the Robinson's Ermita i can suggest club zen for both guys & girls who want to go alone... why the girls too? well i don't think a girl by her lonesome is gonna get hit on that much in here since the guys are all busy trying to hit on the waitresses...is that along Remedios before hitting the circle from Roxas Blvd.? X-Meng
I need help here, guys. I'm from the Rizal area and I wanted to unwind and relax. Any recommendations as to where I may go being single and just unwind and maybe meet some people in the process? Haven't been going out since I started to work, and don't have much friends to be with. Maybe meet some people here at MTC? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment

X-Meng
you have to help us out here.... Cainta and Binangonan also belong to the Rizal area.... kindly narrow it down a bit for us :flowers: Sorry about that. To be exact, I'm near Ever Goteco Ortigas. I'm accessible to Ortigas area and Libis too. I can also go to the Sta. Lucia area. Our location is just passed the Pasig-Rizal boundery. Would that be okay, Ms. Macy? Quote Link to comment
Macy
:thumbsupsmiley: perfect... now I will need more help here since the area you mentioned is a bit far from the Antipolo overlooking area (where Padi's and other bars can be found) and the Marikina Riverpark and on the other side of that is Riverbanks, where you will find dozens of bars too. Let me think, ...........there is Soundstage in Sta. Lucia area.... and they have a couple of bars in the which are frequented by the hiphop teens . I doubt that you'd like it there. Your best bet would have to be Metrowalk or Tiendesitas or Eastwood. Okay guys... we need your postings for the last three areas mentioned. I only know of Bistro Maestro in Tiende. Then there's Bargo Bar. HELP!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
sk3rmo
Been to Bistro Mateo in Tiendesitas last Sat with SP. They have acoustic singers there at night. You might want to check it out =) Quote Link to comment

As for marikina, antipolo is concerned, there is new Dencios inside Riverbank.. overlooking the river and it's soooo cool! Sa may tulay papuntang CALUMPANG pagbaba ng tulay, ok din naman to drink alone, i love PAPA JEKS, kasi mura and super sarap plus they have an acoustic band din but sings hip hop and rnb. :thumbsupsmiley: perfect... now I will need more help here since the area you mentioned is a bit far from the Antipolo overlooking area (where Padi's and other bars can be found) and the Marikina Riverpark and on the other side of that is Riverbanks, where you will find dozens of bars too.
