MP2 still is the best no w/tax , guaranteed. but if have knowledge on other investment there is better return but the risk is highier.

It will depend on various factors: purpose, risk appetite, time horizon, education and attitude towards money. Therefore, there's no straight answer. IMHO

If this is after your 6month emergency fund has been completed first, then agree with the others here: MP2. Sana di lang affected by the performance of the current admin, directly or not.

As long as you have an active account, just need to fill out new forms and submit sa office nila I think. Succeeding payments can be made online after.
