pspboys08
Nung naguumpisa pa lang ako mag weightlift, hindi ako nagggloves. Nung nagkaka-kalyo na yung kamay ko, tsaka ako bumili ng gloves. Quote Link to comment
telemaster_311
where do i get lifting straps? Quote Link to comment
superfunkibey
Personally find gloves awkward when working out, especially in strength routines. Kalyo is part of the game imo. Quote Link to comment
muhabe21
para malambot yung gloves but gets me better grip Quote Link to comment
Mr Photographer
Gloves are good if you are starting out...once you've got some experience get rid of them and get your grip up to scratch. in the long run, it will be better without gloves. Quote Link to comment
markus_cruzade
For me lately handwraps. Mas mura compared with gloves yun nga lang you have a long time placing it in your hands. Quote Link to comment
Guest mirang
yeah, im just afraid of the germ contamination from the equipments. I also make sure that the gloves have antibacterial.. Quote Link to comment
saiyanken
use Nike Structured (Medium) Training Gloves TYLE # / COLOR # 9092058-076 Black/Charcoal Grey/Sport Red This high-performance, microfiber, polyester fabric wicks sweat away from the body and moves it to the fabric surface, where it evaporates. As a result, Dri-FIT fabric helps you stay dry and comfortable. Quote Link to comment
Hattori
A personal opinion: Don't avoid getting callouses. Gloves affect your lifting capacity and does that by having your forearm sore faster than without the gloves. Lifting straps reduce your chances of developing grip strength. Would I recommend to someone to wear gloves? No. Quote Link to comment
curiosity101
Been using gloves for over 5 years, no problem with it. Better grip when lifting heavy weights Quote Link to comment

PnoyHitz
On and off ako sa gloves. Siguro pag magaang lang weights, no gloves. Pag mabigat bigat gloves na para hinde magasgas palad hehe. Quote Link to comment

wagpokoya
IMHO. Mas kontrolado ko ang hawak sa bakal pag walang gloves. Pwede naman po gumamit ng alcohol kung tingin ninyo na amoy pawis na ang gym equipment na gagamitin. Quote Link to comment
