gobama
I just found out that the gloves I bought were too short on the fingers. So when I lift heavy, it still hurts the skin on my fingers. Sigh Quote Link to comment
Lyoto Machida
yes! everytime i go to the gym. Quote Link to comment

spinjunkie23
I used to but it kept on messing up my grip (even the expensive gloves)...so i stopped using it and went hardcore (no gloves) Quote Link to comment

RED2018
di na rin! may kalyo na rin kasi mga palad ko...am more on not so heavy weights with more repetitions Quote Link to comment
*Jessie*
Yup. When I start to sweat na kasi, affected yung paghawak sa weights. Para less yung chance na dumulas yung weights sa grip mo.  Quote Link to comment
okiburi
on heavy lifting days Quote Link to comment
aids888
Yes because it's really hard to lift without them and you'll get callouses. Try using gloves or sponges Quote Link to comment
kingjeff
Oo gift ng trainer ko, recommend lang sakin pag mabibigat yun weights na ginagamit. Quote Link to comment
otoki13
Before...but not into heavy weights anymore. Quote Link to comment
Raspapa
Ako i do, but when my grip is failing me i remove it just for the sake of finishing my set (usually last). Usually kasi mas hihina ang grip with using gloves e. Quote Link to comment
you101
no gloves kaya puro kalyo na Quote Link to comment
abdul jakul salsalani
mga baklang nagwo-workout lang ang nag g-gloves. Quote Link to comment
dpogi
invest in agood padded gloves and wrist support for those lifting heavy weights and for grip...... here's a great tip.... go to your local tire vulcanizing shop.... ask if they have a spare "interior" that you could buy.... cut it into 2x5 inch strips or depending on the size of your palms, wash them and hit the gym.... would usually last more than a year for the excess cut as many pairs and ask the owner of the gym if you can sell them to those who need a good and reliable gripper.... instant cash Quote Link to comment
KICX
No gloves here, I wear my scares with pride Quote Link to comment
