Laki talaga sweldo if you're abroad...of course the main danger is the trend towards outsourcing or placing the jobs offshore...

Very true.

In U.S., a skilled worker (e.g. carpenter) can earn as much as $40 per hour, that's a whooping $6500 a month and a $78, 000 annual income (gross pay). But in our country, a carpenter receives a measly 5000php. See the big difference, tsk tsk.

This is from the US Dept of Labor (2002). Please note that wages have NOT changed dramatically in the last 2 - 3 years:

In 2002, median hourly earnings of carpenters were $16.44. The middle 50 percent earned between $12.59 and $21.91. The lowest 10 percent earned less than $9.95, and the highest 10 percent earned more than $27.97. Median hourly earnings in the industries employing the largest numbers of carpenters in 2002 are shown below:

Nonresidential building construction $18.31

Building finishing contractors 17.30

Residential building construction 16.02

Foundation, structure, and building exterior contractors 16.01

Employment services 12.58

Earnings can be reduced on occasion, because carpenters lose worktime in bad weather and during recessions when jobs are unavailable.

a) Cleaning Supervisor

- College Level - why only college level? you should get a commerce graduate who will act as overall operations man, minimum wage should apply

B) Admin Assistant - Computer Knowledge

- Simple Admin Works- if your company has less than 15 employees, you can go below minimum wage. 6-7k would be fine.

c) Cleaners (Janitors) - 250/day gross would be fine.

- No Education Requires

- 8hrs x 6 days job

Please advise on wages and incentive that I have to provide.

Thanks

Just make sure you provide your employees SSS benefits by deducting corresponding SSS monthly contributions. That's the least you can do for your staff, because for sure, there'll be no healthcare benefits.
