In U.S., a skilled worker (e.g. carpenter) can earn as much as $40 per hour, that's a whooping $6500 a month and a $78, 000 annual income (gross pay). Please help to provide some guideline as follows : a) Cleaning Supervisor- College Level - why only college level? you should get a commerce graduate who will act as overall operations man, minimum wage should apply Admin Assistant - Computer Knowledge- Simple Admin Works- if your company has less than 15 employees, you can go below minimum wage. 6-7k would be fine. c) Cleaners (Janitors) - 250/day gross would be fine.- No Education Requires- 8hrs x 6 days job Please advise on wages and incentive that I have to provide. Thanks<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just make sure you provide your employees SSS benefits by deducting corresponding SSS monthly contributions.
