Tire & Wheel Talk - All about Tires & Wheels

Recommended Posts

Bigger (wheels and tires) are not necessarily better, at least performance-wise. The weight (and additional rotational inertia) of those huge wheels work against acceleration, braking, and cornering, even with the additional grip they offer. I remember reading about a Genesis coupe that they were preparing for racing: they changed into smaller wheels (from 19 to 18 inchers).

Bridgestone one of the best

It is the aftermarket ones that are good, the Bridgestone that comes with stock with your brand new cars straight from the casa are crap.

when you put bigger wheel and tires than the recommended size, then be ready for all forms of damage such as power-steering, alignment, chamber etc.... in less than a year.:P
