Supposedly.. but a lot have forgotten that rules and promises are made to be followed or done. People who break them just don't understand the importance of rules and promises. Rules are made to be followed because they are outlined for something specific and its just about respecting that. Promises are made, most of the time, to the ones we love or who are important to us. If we promise something, we should do it because a promise is a non-written agreement but, a tie of heart and trust therefore we shouldn't break it... we don't want to hurt the ones who are important to us or the one we love, do we..
