Pepeng Manas
FF
Easily the best series yet! houston gave a good fight but the jazz were just a better team. don't hang your head t-mac. counting all your baskets and assists , espn counted just NINE field goals sank or assisted by the other rocket players. the series also exposed yao who was pushed around and was outquicked by the much shorter boozer. get a real pass first point guard and a true blue power forward and maybe ... just maybe tmac won't have to shed tears again. SPO1
yes..PF and point guard please Quote Link to comment
xycho_g
pareho lng ata si dirk at tmac...parehong may balat sa pwet...amf tlga... Quote Link to comment
howard_the_duck
clubber_lang
Rafer Alston's shot was more accidental than intentional. The whole game he was a non-factor... An upgrade in the PG such as a Ridnour would've sufficed... Quote Link to comment
Wyld
Sara ko na tong thread na to! :grr: LOL joke lang. But im really, really disappointed. This always happens - they always fold during crunchtime. I swear di ako kakain sa resto ni Yao for a year. Quote Link to comment
Pepeng Manas
:thumbsdownsmiley: i hate you tmac! hehehe! teio
simply put: the rockets need a good player or two more... mcgrady and yao got the tools to dominate the game... but what if the opposing team clamps down on both?... this is the reason why the rockets got booted out early in this year's playoffs... aside from their docile duo, houston has no other guys who could step up to relieve the pressure... perimeter shooting junkie shane battier is an exception, but he's too busy defending the best player of the opposing team... in spite his and-1 and street basketball cred, rafer alston doesn't fit the bill and juwan howard is just plain awkward... the likes of luther head, chuck hayes, john lucas jr. won't scare opponents, heck, even with dikembe mutombo... the rockets need to get players who could strike fear... okay, they play good defense, but that's it... their offensive thrust is muddled with yao and mcgrady... i hope that the rockets can address this situation when the off-season comes... _eRon_
let's not blame yao & tmac for the early playoff exit, they played great all the 7 games, what they didn't have was a better supporting cast..tama kayo they really need a better PF and a good passing, creative, consister shooting PG, san kaya sila makakakuha nito sa offseason? sana makakuha sila ng diamond in the rough sa draft, parang ala tony parker or kahit dominating the big man sa PF position..let's look forward next season..Go Rockets!!.. revi
Heard rumors that this would Jeff Van Gundy's last season as coach for the Rockets.. Well, JVG or not, the Rockets better get rid of Juwan Howard.. May balat yata ito sa pwet eh.. Quote Link to comment
darksoulriver
TMac should grow to be a leader kung tatagal sya sa Houston. When i watch game 7 kaasar si Yao Ming. Can't believe 7'5" nag fade-away shot wow grabe. And Alston and Head should go back to basic shooting drill. Para lng binabato yung bola. Sayang din ang effort ni Battier. A darkhorse team in the playoffs. 2 game ang sinayang. Coach Van Gundy maybe thinking of early retirement.... :hypocritesmiley: Quote Link to comment
