jerzz
the worst thing that can happen is if they top the western conference and come playoff time T-Mac's back collapses. swerte ng 8th seed Quote Link to comment
SoulMTC
ang init talaga ng rockets.. pati thread na toh nahawa alive na alive na Quote Link to comment
silver41surfer
The reason behind this never ending streak of the Rockets team is the Trust and Confidence of each of the player. Everyone is doing their job exceptionally even the bench are contributing the goods. Looking at the score stats courtesy of Legionnaire, the average margin point against opponent in 9 games w/out yao is 16.5 compared 9.6 in 11 games with Yao. Players are very well motivated to win games in the absence of their big man. Kudos to coach Rick for making the team jell and he is the prime candidate for the Red Auerbach trophy (COY)! :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

Eddy Syet
The best thing perhaps that happened when Yao went down with an injury is that the Houston players have one less "star player" to look up to and carry the load for them. T-Mac of course is another star player but they realized that he will need all the help he can get. It's as simple as having the winning attitude. Something that's missing from one of JKidd's "star" colleague with the Nets. Houston is riding the momentum the built up with Yao around... let's see how far this will take them. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

After all, he's the guy responsible for the Rockets stifling defense.Adelman, fixed their offense (which right now fits his style quite well with Yao gone. ) Quote Link to comment

bikerider
houston wins over atlanta 83-75. close game until the fourth quarter. defense wins it for the rockets. really bad shooting night. rockets go for 33% shooting. sayang double digit win streak hindi natuloy. nag score pa si marvin williams with 5 secs to go. :thumbsdownsmiley: anyway the good thing is 20 WINS and counting. :thumbsupsmiley: next game at home vs charlotte. hornets & spurs are in a tight contest today. lets see what happens. gift_of_game
these guys are playing out of their damn minds!they're also playing better probably because the pressure's off as they were practically left for dead after Yao went down. I'll say this again, if they get a good first round match-up, there's really no telling where this train will stop... Edited March 13, 2008 by gift_of_game Quote Link to comment

In fact, I'm not worried for them even if they would play the Kobe and the Lakers after their next game. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
