Best thing: I'm the boss, I don't need to go out of the house to work and collecting is as simple as texting the clients.

I get to spend a lot of quality time with the kid.

I can go to the mall anytime.

Worst thing: I'm also the secretary; accountant; clerk; and typist

Walang babae!!!!

Big risks

Best thing....It is a very high paying job and it secures me of pension and health insurance coverages for me my spouse and my kids for life for as long as I stay there.

Worst thing...I have to go to work at 7AM and go out 6PM everyday Mon to Fri. OT w/o pay because it is not authorized on Sat. 30min lunch & 15 in between breaks.

Worst thing....I hate my fellow workers. They are opportunist taking their careers on flight at my expense.

Worst thing....The workload that I do is the epitome of the word "Voluminous". Even the term is underrated.

Worst thing...I am obliged to be the last person to leave our room.

Worst thing...Since I started working here. I get no more rest and it kills the living daylights out of me

cons:

-i get assigned to isolated places (middle of the desert, offshore, sa gitna ng palayan)

-i work a minimum of 12hours/day, 30hr days are not unheard of.

-weekends and holidays do not exist in my line of work

-having to see racism and descrimination up close.

pros:

-mucho $$$ as compared to what i could get in manila

-travel (though double edged ito since i'm traveling for work)

-i'm pretty good a what i do
