Tinatapos ko lang ung bond ko at aalis na ako sa ganitong klaseng trabaho. Hindi na ako magwowork sa ganitong field. Ang ayaw ko dito ung lagi kang on que tsaka in audit ka palagi. And if you don't meet their metrics you would be terminated. Kalokohan lang yan. Babalik na lang ako sa America mas ok pa. Once I tender my resignation hindi na ako magwowork kahit kelan sa call center. Quote Link to comment
Guest airmax Posted August 17, 2005 Share Posted August 17, 2005 :cry: sa ngayon ayaw ko na rin d2 sa convergys... management sucks especially the account that i am in... sobrang dami changes... sobrang politics... pagkatapos kang pakinabangan di ka na itrato ng maayos... mga p*tang abosadoa t paksyet ang mga OM's at TL's dito.... pareparehong mga tanga at duwag... mga bading naman sa calls, di marurunong... nakakainis sila... kung maymalilipatan na ibang call center na mataas ang bayad mas maganda... after being one of the best and recognized tier2 bigla kang demoted dahil iniba yung process.... nakakagago na sila... makakarma din yung mga letcheng management dito sa convergys..... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> pareho pala tayo ng call center. pare hate ko rin dito. ang daming tinagal na agents dahil nandadaya sa POSE hahaha. Lam mo pre. 1/2 nga ng wave namin nawala na. Ung 3 bumagsak sa CCT training pa lang. Ung 8 either resigned or awol and this happened in a period of just 2 weeks. hahaha. Quote Link to comment
