Don Carleone Posted May 22, 2006 Share Posted May 22, 2006 if u feel sleepy during the afternun, dnt sleep as u might have a hard time falling asleep at night.. sleep earlier and wake up earlier so that ur body will feel tired at about bedtime.. pag ayaw tlga, take sleeping pills tho i wont recomend it bcuz its hard to be dependent on sleeping pills.. Sleep experts in the US suggest the following: (Some of these recommendations may work for you. Pick and choose, you don't need to do all of them.)1. Go to bed around the same time every night.2. Don't do any work in bed. Choose another part of your house to do work.3. Leave the tv off.4. Drink hot milk an hour before going to bed. Avoid caffeine.
